Hide

It was worth it
Every moment
To text her phone
And hide in the basement.
I haven't smiled
Since I said "bye."
I hide at night
Alone to cry.
I just got caught
In all my lies
And to my happiness
I hope it dies.

I wish I could run
I wish I could fly
My legs won't work
Don't ask me why.
They say they love me
I don't know how
Where are you love?
I need you now.

What I am
Is dead inside
Where are you?
I want to hide.
Hide from the world
Hide from my fear
Hide from your cries
In which I can hear.
