I Almost Cried...

I almost cried…..
When we fought,
And you went away.

I almost cried…..
When we were all alone,
and had nothing to say.

I almost cried…..
When in night,
You slept away from me.

I almost cried…..
When your arms,
were not there to hug me.

I almost cried…..
When in the morning,
You didn’t wake me up with a good morning kiss.

I almost cried…..
When from the bottom of my heart…
Oh baby, you were missed.

Will you not come back to me?
Will I be all alone again?
Will I be crying forever?
Will I be again in pain?
Come back to me….
For I cry out loud…
With you I promise I’ll be.

Spreading Happiness

There comes another one,
filling my heart with happiness.
Red, Blue, Green and White,
higher they fly with togetherness.

I see the deep blu sky,
filled with lovely balloons.
Higher i want to fly like them,
forgetting my sadness and gloom.

What a lovely way....
to spread happiness all around.
Take me along my dear friends,
no more i need to walk on the ground.

If I Had Only One Day To Live

Oh what a dreadful day would it be,
to know that i had only one day to live.
What will i do? i think,
just one day to say and do,
just one day to ask and forgive.

Would i go to the ones i hurt..?
for love and forgiveness.
It would lighten my burden to death,
as going to hell is not my business.

Or would i be with the ones i love...?
to gather all their love in my heart.
Yes! i'll gather all the memories,
but wait.....won't it be difficult for me to depart?

Will i spend time in helping the needy...?
as my whole life i wanted to,
and to give them all that i can,
at least to listen a last "thankyou"

Will i dance in the rain for the last time?
will i swing just for the last time?
will i dance on my favorite song at least once?
or will i eat my favorite chocolate the last time?
Will i meet my friends who made my world a better place?
or meet my lovely teachers who gave my career a fine base?
Will i sleep on my mothers lap for the last time?
or fight with my sister for all that was mine?
Will i fight with my dad for a ride on his bike?
or would i eat all that i like?
Will i cuddle with my puppy for last time sake
or meet my collegues to have all the fun we used to make
Will i tell my husband how much i love him?
or tell him that my heart was governed by his whim.

(pause for a while)

No, instead i would pray,
pray to god yet for another day.
Dear lord spare my life a day more,
there are things that i still need to explore.

Waiting For Your Tenderly Touch....

WAITING FOR YOUR TENDERLY TOUCH......

Here i was mother within you,
feeling the warmth of your womb....
i tried to touch your soul within,
& made you cry even.
i kicked you to pain,
and wriggled in without any shame....

You saved me from every bad things,
and i enjoyed every bit of it within.
The moment you touched your womb,
knowing that u are touching me,
was the most desirable feeling,
as i knew that u were there to love me....

Indeed i now feel so sad,
why mother????? why did you show me the world,
even after knowing that it was so bad.
U kept me safe within you,
n i was not frightened ever.
but now i feel scared mother,
by seeing dose eyes full of terror.

Now since iv grown mother,
i can understand the worldly pains....
u brought me in this world happily,
but look mother your effort's all in vane.
m in the midst of this crowd,
were people are ready to kill.
and here i miss your tenderly touch......

i don't have you by my side mother,
there are bullets crossing ma head.
what have i done to them... i think,
why do they want my blood to be shed.
i miss you mother sincerely,
and miss your tenderly touch....

i promise mother i'll be good to everyone,
i promise that i'll not trouble you.
please make them stop mother,
they are making me scared ,
the sound of bullets are scaring me,
i fear that i wont be able to return back to you....

come mother come...
free me from these scary people,
i'm bleeding n full of wound....
give me that tenderly touch..
the warmth which i got in your womb.......

Valentine Limerick

Here comes the day again,

to me all these seems insane.

Why just one day for love?

why can't love forever remain?

Oh let it be no use whacking my own brain.

Face In the Mud

i would like you all to first go through the link and see the picture given.
may be then you would understand better for whom this poem was written.
http://www.makesplash.com/bhopal-gas-tragedy-kya-hoga-is-desh-ka/

A story old but still new,
The tragedy of bhopal 1984.
"People still in hunt for justice"
Still the newspapers heads it without a miss.

It was a cloud of deadly gas,
that engulfed thousands of souls.
Leaving behind their loved ones,
and sadness to its toll.

I could see his body buried,
just the face peeping out of mud.
A little innocent soul was he,
so small like a flower bud.

What life had he seen?
Had he even learnt to spell an APPLE?
Could he even know how to speak?
or had he even learnt how to grapple?

He lost his life that day ,
got buried in with his parent's dream
Im sure he must have cried out,
But none could here his scream.

Expecting the one...

The one expected long back.

Hope you guys enjoy it :)

A Reason To Smile

Can you see the rain smile?
It smiles when we stretch our arms and feels it.

Can you see the wind smile?
It smiles when we run through it.

Can you see the birds smile?
They smile when we look towards the sky.

Can you see the sun smile?
It smiles when we enjoy its warmth in the cold winter days.

Can you see the trees smile?
They smile when we rest on it when we are tired.

You don't need an eye to cry,
you don't need a ear to hear,
you don't need hands to feel,
Neither do you need a reason to smile!

Just For You....

When you find yourself in darkness,
when you think you are all alone,
just stretch your hands and see..
I'll be there JUST FOR YOU.

When sadness fills your heart
and joy remains far from you,
just spread your arms and see..
I'll be there JUST FOR YOU.

When you pause for a while,
and wonder you have nothing,
Just close your eyes..
you'll find me there JUST FOR YOU.

Here i am honey! just besides you,
to make you feel special
and to tell you that..
I am still alive JUST FOR YOU.

Pearl, My Little Pup

Shivering and calm you were,
when in my arms you came.
White as pearl you seemed,
and thats how you got your name.

You rekindled my life,
and brought a smile on my face.
The naughtiness in your eyes,
gives an add on to your grace.

I love seeing you jumping,
and playing all around.
My heart melts seeing you sleeping,
and make me smile with your snoring sound.

i scold you at times,
when my hand you bite.
But love you my baby 'pearl',
when still you want my lap to sleep at night.
