Alice Starblossom Poem
She's like a breeze, blowing through the trees
She'll rattle your leaves, and she'll excite you
She'll say come dance with me, I'll sing you a song
But you'd better hurry up, because she won't stay long
And when she's gone,
Everything stands still
You'll say she has no substance, she has no soul
She'll take with her your heart, and leave behind an empty hole
You might ask her to come back, but she does what she pleases
And you'll wonder how you let yourself get carried away,
By another of those fickle autumn breezes

Alice Starblossom Poem
Beyond the tracks stands an abandoned shack,
The bare bones of what was once a home
So full of hope and light
Standing alone, weathering the storms and unmoving
Through the seasons, holding on,
Almost as if waiting in vain for somebody to care,
Waiting for the one who dares
You'd never know by the looks of it today,
But this forgotten shelter was once full of joy and life
Yet it also holds a history tragic and deep
These walls tell a love story, ending in defeat
And so this abandoned shack, it reminds me of my heart:
Not wanting to give up, though on the verge of collapse
Still housing remnants of the ghosts of those
Who swore on their souls to never part
The ones who found a home in me when I was strong,
But wore me out right from the start
Then walked away for good, when I began to fall apart
