Like a Breeze

She's like a breeze, blowing through the trees She'll rattle your leaves, and she'll excite you She'll say come dance with me, I'll sing you a song But you'd better hurry up, because she won't stay long And when she's gone, Everything stands still You'll say she has no substance, she has no soul She'll take with her your heart, and leave behind an empty hole You might ask her to come back, but she does what she pleases And you'll wonder how you let yourself get carried away, By another of those fickle autumn breezes
