Premium MemberKnew too much

Alberto Nisman didn't know the danger he would enter
when he looked into the bombing of a Jewish center
He said president Christina was hiding the truth
he had the goods, would soon show the proof.

He was supposed to appear in Congress, but hours before
Somehow hitmen got by his door
He knew too much, so bad guys moved fast
If you let on what you know, next moment might be last.

Veronica Guerin reported on the Dublin crime scene
They had to kill her before the big clean.

She stopped at a traffic light, two bikers drew nigh
She knew she'd be shot, she knew she would die
She asked them not to shoot her in the face
So they shot her in some other place.

Jack knew secrets, but the mob didn't want death yet
So they punished him whenever he seemed a threat
He walked among you, but you could not see
The overarching underworld reality.

So beware the secrets that you've found,
Even heroes may not leave the battleground.
For truth’s a boomerang—when it comes back around,
Your message may die with you, six feet underground.

Premium MemberExile and Death

The price of decency in today’s world
Is the same as it has always been:
Your liberty or your life.

If you give a moose a muffin
After all
Next you’ll have to invite them in
For a glass of milk.
And we all know how difficult it is
To get a moose to leave your kitchen.

And so it goes for the illegals
Flooding the open borders
Or the squatters trespassing
Into empty homes
Or the homeless and hapless
Stealing and vandalizing with impunity.

If you’re a decent person today
The lawless will walk all over you.
And those who enable and encourage
Such lawlessness, remain protected
Whilst whistleblowers of all stripes,
From Julian Assange to Seth Rich,
End up in exile or simply dead.

There you have it.
Exile and death.
The future of human decency.

Premium MemberOn the Winding Road

On the winding road I walk in life,
The scenes rapidly change by the day
Flash cards of signs are in front of me
I find around each winding corner
I seek out the simplified beauty in a war zone
Cannons explode at the nearby shooting range
As someone prepares for the worst to come
In all that is happening day after day after day
The birds scatter and my dog trembles
I say, “Everything will be ok”…
But will it be? No-one really knows anymore
Lies consume the media flow …
As I research to find the facts and truth
Where every day, educated whistleblowers grow
Desperate to help others with what they see
The winding road will keep on winding,
I hold onto gratitude for every little thing I have
And every person who understand and cares
As the seasons change bringing new scenery,
I capture every scene I can in my memory
So when those dark nights arrive and I cannot sleep,
I have peaceful scenes I’ve gathered on the winding road
To think about, to rest, to heal and recover!

Jl Giant Poet U Hoo

The Giant's

Of the wonder class
With outstretched looking ears
And pierced whistleblowers lips

Never had a mother
To sew their name into
Their favorite clothes
Or a home with a wardrobe to hang them in

They were instead chosen to become
The dead poet's and tortured artist's
We recite today

By speaker's corner

At wakes and funerals
On cold and grey rainy days
Outside derelict building's
Who's roofs were lost to german bombs

We as children dared each other not to go into

For fear of stirring up a hornets nest

Of represed abandonment feelings

Lest best we be remembered forgotten

The rich man’s mouthpiece Scalia
Spread his will like gonorrhea!
In an overreach
He ruled money is free speech
And gave us all such diarrhea

Author's note: The decision ($$=free speech) murders our democratic process. He didn't champion free speech for whistleblowers or students. Does this make him a champion of the constitution and a great American?

Whistleblowers

Whistleblowers
I do not want to know a thing about whatever they tell me it is tainted
by self interest and veiled threats if you do not agree with the official
politics you must be a lover of the enemy. When a leader says: Those
who are not for me are against me.” You know free speech has lost,
in your own town, because the pressure to conform is a dragnet and
if you cannot accept this simple but lethal dictum, you are doomed yet
blessed by your moral compass it is clear as the summer sky in August.
But it is hard to not follow the stream to be different and you will ask
is it worth this misery I suffer for a little bit of truth when a sweet lie
could have made your life pleasant and with many important friends.
But you know your life will not be good you betrayed yourself and
your conviction for a soft sofa and a picture in the paper.
The worst thing a man can do is to betray his own believes what he
knows to be true and losing his soul.

Persecution of News

The Persecution of News

Whistleblowers appear to be gay people, are they
the only people left with the courage? They fight for
humanity because they know the dangers of
the powerful that dislike those that is different.
We live in dangerous time democracy has become
the face of evil, we must tear the mask off before
democracy… freedom of thought- loses meaning.
You are no longer safe if reporters lose their right
to report the truth. Beware, before you know it,
something you wrote will come to get you because
and it is regarded as terrorism. They, the hydra
headed monster wants you to think they are keeping
you safe, but you are not safe never will be they
want to be master of your opinion

Silver Hair

so,
how important is it,
media fear mongers of the world,
that Julian Assange has
“silver hair”---
you seem to include it in every
description of what is happening
to him,
what he has done in his life thus
far &
somehow you squeeze it into
every possible story
that has anything to do with him---
WE
****ING
GET
IT.

if the man had been born with a
dreamy
Johnny Depp dark brown,
would he still be depicted as some
kind of crazy madman character
from a blockbuster that comes out
in the summer,
bearing the need for some hero to come &
wipe the world clean of him?

maybe if he had
passionate
David Caruso red & a pair of Ray Bans
always on,
he’d be seen as a tough coppish type who
never takes off his suit jacket,
no matter how hot it is in Miami &
the world would fall in love with him
every time they see his picture?

we are talking about a man who has
dealt a wonderful blow into the stomach
of the policeman who runs the world,
someone who’s organization continues to
allow whistleblowers to expose vital truths
in a world full of lies &
all that you can find worthy of description is
the man’s
silver hair?
