Oh Lord Jesus Christ,
May we love with a holy love that distinguishes us as your ambassadors, servants and children of the one true God who gave His blood for us. Only by abiding in You can we do this daunting feat and glorify the Godhead...Prayer for peace in downtown streets of Waterbury, Ct. Father God, please we present our bodies as living sacrifices. Help us Lord to reach out to those lost souls that have turned their backs on you. Jesus, help stop abortion father God. Prayer for those suffering from Aids they need your healing touch precious Jesus. Pray for those elected officials father God that they may serve you in faith & righteousness. We need you Jesus we can't live the Christian life on our own. Help us to discover your peace that passes all understanding. Father, prayers for Kathy Griffin Lord that she may come to Jesus as her Lord and savior. Prayers for the LGBTD community that they may seek the love of God in their hearts. In jesus Christ name, Amen
Lord, tonight there is a lot of hurting people inside. Show them Lord your presence in there lives. Father God, to the women who is deciding whether or not to abort their child. God show her the truth in your holy word that abortion is clearly murder. Father, to the street walker in the City of Waterbury give peace to her dear soul . Jesus...Jesus your the lover of our soul you come take control. Help us father to be ready for your appearing in all of your fullness. Dear Lord Jesus, egnite the fire & flame of your desire to be full & pure. Lord, many are having affairs as they are married God we ask you Lord for healing. In the area of our finances Lord please provide a clear way dear Jesus. As we wait on you & trust you as savior. Amen
I rode daily through Waterbury rocky hills
when Spring and Fall enchanted drivers
who saw evergreen tops vacillate over dreamy landscapes;
and between then and now...Autumn
still dazzles me more with its flaming red leaves
decorating highway trees, one never feels afraid or alone.
Stop to admire jessamines and sweet peas cling to reddish barks,
as they spread their aroma while sunshine makes lightening sparks
among wide branches bearing no fruit of any kind;
take the same highway and watch deers run wild!

Old Brass City
with massive gothic chuches,
abandoned rail-roads
and run-down factories...
we still glimpse into that bygone glory
which made your name so famous!
O Waterbury, no Christmas
can be compared to yours,
when Main Street glitters under the fluffy snow
and everyone hummers a carol!
O Waterbury, those starry nights
are too surreal and make lovers fantasize!
Old Brass City,in ninenteen-forty-two
lads and gals were sent to war to fight the Cruel,
and mothers cried as their sons and daughters
left this once-happy-town of friendly and kind folks!
And despite all the sorrow and pain yet to be,
they proudly marched off to defeat the enemy!
O Waterbury, your monuments inspire hope,
and remind all of your past glory and leadership;
and the brave soldiers who sacrificed all...
became those heroes we've engraved into the soul!
Some returned, many died to seal their fate,
and their courage and valour put an end to all hate!
