Premium MemberSave the Innocent

Carnage at churches & clubs
Mass shootings at concerts & malls
Massacres at schools & theaters
Our children walkout today
Peacefully protesting gun violence

Background checks for all
Bump stock elimination
Military weapons ban
Commonsense gun reform
What our students are fighting for

People dying needlessly
Drive-bys occurring daily
Innocents gunned down in the streets
We need gun safety taught nationwide
Rallying for the wellbeing of U.S. all

When Words Fail

February fourteenth shock,
headline news, no valentine.
Fourteen students stilled, shot without regard
for who they were or who they might become,
in complete shock, their families and friends.
Three adults unselfishly
put their bodies in danger.
Others too regarding innocent kids,
proved how very professional they are;
they'll teach anti-violence to their deaths.
Momentary lack of sense,
a future moment ignored,
with florid disregard for liberty
fiendish nineteen-year-old Floridian
flaunted common sense only fooling one.
Students across this country
in a March fourteenth walkout
spoke against weapons in the hands of youth.
When words fail to register right from wrong,
more laws will never stop misuse of guns.
Responsible behavior
is taught best when also shown.

The Final Goodbye

It was always something for me but for you it was nothing,
And so I blame myself for everything.
Many times I thought it would be wrong,
But thanks for making me realize loud with a gong.
For I tried many times making it more than acquaintance,
But for you it had no significance.
Sometimes one cares unnecessarily, which has to be given up at once,
I believe in leaving that hurts & it is always better to leave the dunce.
I never wanted to be an option for anyone, for I respect myself,
So I let it free as it was NEVER MEANT TO BE. This decision is inevitable in itself.
For I walkout forever & never haunt you ever.
Sorry for the chaos I have caused whatever.
Have a blessed future & blissful life.
Last but not the least I would say holding a knife...
Since there is nothing so well worth having as friends
Never lose them as a part of trendz.
Here I bid a final GOODBYE!!!!!!!
I just want you to smile always and reach for the SKY...

Trader of Myself

TRADER OF MYSELF.
Selling wrestle my pains,
Never an alternative to any
Sister know as saint.
All I work is in vain.
Trading has reframed my name,
Reshaped my ways.
Only shame replicates this game.
Have ran races, walked through
Many lanes,
Searching to sweat for weight
On my plates.
That’s how I made this place.
Wonder what would befall my
Faith.
Am aware this not save.
I pray, I pray my Creator
Would intervene.
Am ready to walkout of this
Gate.
This would make my case
Never remain the same.
                                                                                                          HABIB AKEWUSOLA.

A Boxers Prayer

Lord,let my legs move,
so i can walk to the middle of the ring,
let my arms work hard
to gather many points.

Lord,let my ears hear,
so i can listen to my coach,
lt my waist bend,
to move from the punches.

Lord, let my eyes see,
so that i can look into my opponets eyes.
let my mind think
of what to do next.

Lord, let my heart beat
to keep me pushing myself further
let my lungs breathe
to keep me alert and ready.

Lord, let me stay positive,
so the end is a mystery,
let me stay safe,
to walkout of the ring.

Lord, let me try my best,
so that i know i put 110%
let my coach be surprised in the end,
to know that i've come out on top again
