Country Pubs

Bubbling babbling burbling banter from the bar..

Sup hush….memory lane trip...Proustian rush..pleasingly tickled.

Plushly ebbed…spidery beer swirls webbed…lace whirls..grace dimpled dappled jar..

Perch...parched pagans besmirch..sip...druid fluid drip..Iris’s secular church..

Venerate yesteryear dips…commemorate Faustian fillips....teasingly pickled..

Smug treacle toned thatch rugs hugs sturdy slabs.. shrugs..

Tugs tussling tree torn trusses and trestles....

we (the missus and me) blessed,
whereby each our expanded bosom
nearly burst forth

(think analogous stuffed to hilt treasure chest)
managing without access
to automobile we did detest
metaphorically a deterrent
on par with climbing Mount Everest.

Wheel of fortune finds and concedes
good n plenty

Venerated Or Alienated

Venerated of Alienated

In life we may be venerated
Or against others are alienated
Not saying what we want to hear
Wishing they would disappear
Such a shame them we have hated.
