Urge On Poems

The Gravity of Looking Up

To cross the void,
where the wind hums danger
and the shadows stretch their claws,
they say: Don’t look down.

Fix your eyes forward,
they urge—on the trembling ropes,
on the breath that burns steady,
on the sky, endless and uncaring,
as if the weight of you
could vanish into air.

But my heart fights it,
tethered to the jagged unknown,
its rhythm echoes the pull,
dragging my gaze down,
to where the abyss hungers.

It doesn’t make sense:
to rise, I must forget the fall.
To survive, I have to trust
what feels like nothing.

And when the void whispers my name,
it’s not fear that shakes me—
it’s the call of belonging
to the in-between.

So I look up,
not to run,
but to claim
the stillness that keeps me moving.

Premium MemberPassion Without Rein

Let us chase each other‘s urge on scalding heaths,
Like ponies on the gallop without rein,
A deep seat harness cast into oblivion in the spurt to sea green passion‘s cosmic haze.
Equidistant red clouds now they
ripple at the thought of sensual hearts with pine ablaze.
Soaring pulse rate lodger
on the snoop of citrus rue.
Plume of lilac giggles scare the awestruck azure perch bird whose mating patterns seem like beaky pecks.
Homing pigeon instinct gets the better of our maple leaf alliance as we wade through vapid marshes at the foot of Alum-kuh

NB Alum- kuh is escarpment in Iran
Pine as human need

SIPPING CIDER WITH MY SWEET HEART

          Our first date: Let us celebrate
          sipping cider from same goblet.

          Every wobbling we are to sweep.
          CHEERS! Together we start to sip.

        Sweet Heart! Sip hard cider not sweet.
          Meet the challenge, not to quit.

          Feel tipsy, feel drowsy, feel nice.
           Taste pleasant putting cube of ice.

           In your charming eyes I have seen
           dreamy dew to float and glisten.

           Now to listen ‘I love you! Dear.’
          “Come closer, don’t feel shy, no fear.”

            Emotive urge on verge to splay.
           Pearly passion praying for play.

             Desires oozing with cider.
            To you Dear, let me surrender.

Glimpse poignant feel where truth now writes,
Rich dream sums clear blessings of gain;
Apt thoughts now thrill grand feel we cite,
Note profound cheer that streams most plain;
Dance with fond steps as ripples swirl,
Play of wise thought frames mindset bold;
Endow mind map with your own world;
Niche hidden plot in hot and cold,
Time flavours rhymes in chimes of grace;
Hurl sensuous theme with sanguine sense,
Opt in sure time the cast you face;
Urge on sure scheme in vivid tense,
Success knows when to show and tell,
Engulf grand flow where rapture dwells.

Love Me

                     Love me, do not go apart
                     My Dear! Can you hear my heart beat
                    as you sit on your reserved seat
                       of my holy humble heart.

           It is neither infatuation not flirt
           but my intense love I conserve
           only and only for you, just observe.
            Please do not stay inert

            My love beats vibrate in vigor
            earnestly pulsate in rhythm
            reflect in translucent prism
            of my soul to touch you in rigor.

            My emotive urge on obsession
            oozing amorous nectar
           in hidden dreamy sector
          forming perl of passion

           Speak soft, hold me in arms
            I can’t bear to get hurt.
       Only love me, My Sweetheart
        with your astounding charms.

A False Image of An Object

Hot corn bread and cold beer are waiting
for a finger to clack the ultimate picture perfect;
it could be the best abstract painting
for that artist running out of ideas and simply fret,
but after a while inspiration bubbles
and emotion flows as he mumbles!

Were it a stylish gal posing on a beach blanket,
I would fondle her gently and capture her with my charm;
imagination can create a false image of an object
meaning something else, but it can be considered as a whim!
Another perception would be eating hot corn bread,
while we sip cold beer and bury our feet in the sand;
a true temptation to indulge ourselves and laugh!
And chatting and drinking, desires will burn her breath;
on impulse, she will get closer and lead me to lovemaking...
kissing her, I feel the urge on her trembling lips as they become obsessive!
Corn bread sweet as her mouth, satiate my craving by allowing all fantasies!
Cold beer, make me drunk and fulfill her need of woman moaning!

Premium MemberThoughts

Time and space fill the moments here;
Hurl feisty poise as joy moves zest;
Obey that will in message clear;
Urge then fond choice in this life quest;
Glimpse then that surge where peace abides;
Hope frames a name as faith decrees;
Truth feeds an urge on either side;
Seek neither fame nor grand plenty.
Align the feel with what you say;
Sense the surreal wave that surrounds;
Prime and reveal life's poignant play;
Ink stains now spill in shady grounds;
Reach then a state where the love streams;
Enter the gate of vibrant dreams.

Abused

This love of hatred penetrates my numbness and breathes life
My pain consumes my source—always full with strife.
Overwhelmed I run blindly toward a distant ending
Begging silently for a willing warrior my soul defending.

Oh, to overcome this darkness with me as the only light
Suffering and ashamed I urge on with this fight.
Fear wrenches my head and speaks loudly to my deaf ear
Its sound pierces and eagerly takes what I hold dear.

Scars unseen and so deep no one sees
I smile through the pain with no comfort to ease
My blamelessness ripped away by hands that I love
Shattered pieces!--I struggle, my head barely above.

My battle unquiet ting fake peace that I’ve found
Learning to rise above but come crashing back down.
Guiltily I look now and see you committed this crime
But for my whole life—YOUR sin, but I do the time.

My God

My god is a gentle god he doesn't sanction violence.
My god gives me guidance but he delivers it in silence.

My god puts no urge on me to despise another nation
My god guides me through the dark and gives illumination

My god offers no reward if in his name I commit an act of terror.
My god will hold no grudge when as I will, I error

My god is a giving god he needs no church or sacrificial alter
My god is a patient god, he knows I try and when I do I falter

 My god offers forgiveness for any deed done wrong.
My god makes his presence felt and makes this person strong.

My god is always by my side with him I'm never friendless
My god offers this great life and an afterlife that’s endless.

My god lets me be me. He demands so little obligation.
My god only asks of me to live my life in celebration.

My god needs neither church nor congregation, written words or songs of
admiration
My god lives within my soul and is my source of hope, love and inspiration.

Hurricane Bret

Come take all away
this home of my toil
rip it all down
leave only the soil

At 10pm Saturday
you showed me the way
to discard this life
to force a new day

I urge on the winds
jumping with glee
knowing before Bret
I’ve no choice but flee

The years here my pride
my family calls home
but also my exile
from the life I’ve been shown

So bring on the hurricane
center eye on this realm
command my decisions
force me to helm

I go now and rest
to prepare the new day
my dreams will sustain
this storm lights my way

The nimbus finally rise
over my home on this beach
8 months I’ve been waiting
straining the leash

My shield is now strong
I can vanquish all foes
destroy this forced exile
clear away her past woes

The shoreline I’ve written of
will now finally wash way
portending the promise
dawning new day
