Upsetting the applecart

Hurl the applecart
of crimson corruption
deep into a vortex
that whirs remorseless
and grinds to carbon
the bellowing chaos
spewed by mortals
voracious for victims.
Dread not the tremors
and tumult of wraiths
clamoring with poison fangs
to devour the light.

Society's Demise

In our society those who are pure are mistaken for weak.
They are taken advantage of
"Whipped into shape" by society
"Oh you don't eat enough" ends up being
"Are you going to eat all of that?"
"Why don't you have any friends? Are you depressed?"
to
"You have too many friends are you that desperate?"
Being "whipped into shape" by society means you are no longer important enough by just being you.

Regretting Fretting While Upsetting and More

Regretting Fretting While Upsetting

Regretting fretting,
When we had been upsetting;
Away with letting.

There may be many more things,
Which Trump has trumped up
That are needed by Trumpsters
Who do need to be trumped up;
Held golden shower with a cup.

Did See God's Sight in the Night

When on my God I have always relied,
Can now be content becoming satisfied;
Also, did depend deeply upon His Son;
During my each day successfully done.

My spirit God had lifted high in the sky;
All worries and troubles passed me by,
And became enlightened enabling me,
From all my sins would finally be free.

God gave me energy after He did feed;
Satisfying and fulfilling me each need;
Regardless if I am in darkness of night,
Still will be able to see His bright sight

God has saved me along with my soul;
While I work through troubles as I toil;
Allowed God for me to prepare the way;
With Him in heaven will remain and stay.

Forgetting Is Upsetting

Forgetting Is Upsetting

Will be inspired when I am remembering,
And forever lost if I have been forgetting,
But is hard to tell;
How to break spell;
Which is disturbing and always upsetting.

Jim Horn
