Untill Then

When water
desert
The river
basin
And tree
deserts
The forest.

When light
desert
The burning
lamp
And
whiteness
desert
The snow.

When breeze
deserts
The blowing
fan
And wetness
desert
The tongue.

When spines
desert
The citrus
tree
And blood
desert
The heart.

When lines
desert
The elders'
palm
And fruit
desert
The orchard.

When hills
desert
The Ekiti land
And
Remembrance
desert
The Hero.

When sand
deserts
The hourglass
And picture
deserts
The mirror.

Then,
words can
Desert
our pen!

Untill I Arrive

Stunning yourself,
after setting ablaze,
circumbulating the tied down god in center,
you start a death dance

for the wasted limbs. How far the
self-immolation was justified
for the young pond of hyacinths ?
And as I moved away from this stupidity,

the rains arrived to fill the streams;
glaciers decided not to melt away.
Time stopped me in my tracks to hold
my pen firmly and open the craft page.

Here the street now burns to make
sufferings taller than rewards. You
lie still in the sea of blue pains, waiting
to set fire to strawberries.

Faithful Untill the End

DearLord
I thank you that you are faithful until the end
thank you that you gave me a new friend
some people come into our lives and others have to go
but your faithfullness will always show
your timing is so perfect its always comes at the right time
you love us forever even when we dont have a dime
we thank you for rebuilding us time and time again
you are so faithfull and will forever remain the same.

deut 7 :9Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God,
keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and
keep his commands.

2 th 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil
one

Ps145 : 13 The Lord is faithful to all his promises
and loving toward all he has made.

New Year, New Start.. Untill One Thought (Unfinished)

A new year means a new start
A chance to mend a once broken heart
Being brave and taking part
Trying this year to not fall apart

Things seemed to be going well
On things from last year i did not dwell
I learnt to stop and not to yell
But then i remembered our last farewell

Untill this point things were fine
People were happy I'd drawn a line
Life again had started to shine
But just one thought and i'm in firing line

Out of nowhere this thought came
Suddenly my mind was full of shame
Upon myself i felt blame
And without guilt this thought grew aflame

The thought that came made me smile
Friends unaware were fine all the while
My mind itself starts to beguile
And doubts the memories that were hostile

Untill the Day I Die

my love is the wind
it carries your name to the ear.

it whispers things in the breeze
while blowing the flowers i planted for you
it whips the chocolates, you gave me
and carries the scent to thee

Untill Daybreak Do Us Apart

The stars!
So light!
So bright!
Oh, how it paints the night!

The moon!
So round!
So sound!
For it glows this life i've found!

This Night!
So dark!
So marked,
Upon my newly found heart.

To wish night could restart,
Untill daybreak do us apart.

Untill We Don'T Need Dreams Any More

I love the way your hair shines in the sun,
How I can look at you and forget to ever be sad,
Looking deep into your eyes and seeing a galaxy of dreams,
The texture of your shaggy hair,
Shaping of your hands,
Fraiming of your smile,
The same green jacket you always wore,
Caracter that held me close,
Each day that passes I long for you more.
Your voice brought me peace,
Your laughter brought me hope.
Hope to be with you and your love for the rest of my days.

Now distance has torn us apart, and with it ripped us to shreads of matter,
Fibers,
Strings.
Meening and vertue lost to the tide pulling and pushing us.
The meening of being lost yet again to the world
Blinded by the fog of distress that lingers in our hearts.
These dificulties of being apart.
Sleep only left to confort,
as it holds our fragile minds in an illusion of joy,
Untill a day where we don't have to rely on dreams any more.
