Undergarment Poems

Anything That You Lost

Anything that you lost is only a,
minds chart to put its clay out of the pot,
as it is low in price worth more,
than its cost.

To examine carefully or in detail,
it is like a women's loose-fitting,
undergarment hanging straight,
from the shoulders to find a,
	a stout bag,
carried on the back.

As "within the wind a core of sound"
makes men feel for a newly hatched,
it should be forgotten at hate,
as life is nothing but some time to
pass.

Premium MemberThe Flavor of Greed

Oh Afghanistan
at least you'd 20 years of relative peace and shine
Perhaps you had it all back in ancient times
but the truth of such matters patina over time..
Now all the good has come to a cackling end
peace has swallowed a scorpion's tale... again.
Although maybe a seed has been planted
maybe a more rugged rose will emerge
from the sand and rock and heat
the rough tongue of dogma and ideology

             Oh maiden Afghanistan
you'll soon have many seducers tapping your door
because you don a trillion dollar lithium undergarment
maybe that's what the bloody fuss was really all about...
blood for a pair of lithium panties-
blood for oil..its all the same
blood for the newest flavor of greed...

Bless China and Mao Zedong

Bless China and Mao Zedong

I have partly decorated my Christmas tree bless the Chinese for
the blinking fairy light, blue and yellow strings I think symbolise angels’ hair
not that I have seen any angels with blue-rinsed hair.
I haven`t put up any baubles this year it is a bother to put them on the twigs.
My shoes are bought in the same shop they are ok, but don`t last long,
I feel guilty now my socks and undergarment are made in China
that is how you destroy a country`s economy buying from abroad; it`s cheaper
for us on the low income, it is a vicious circle, more people get laid off they have
little money and had to but underwear and socks shop at a Chinse shop.

The wage for workers in the USA is now so cheap Pakistani factories are moving to
Detroit and Michigan, but for it to succeed the Americans have to build better
roads and new bridges. I digress the tree is fit for purpose comes in 3 sections and can
easily be kept in the shed until next year.
So bless the Chinse for making our Christmas possible this year too

Premium MemberMargaret Mitchell

The famous journalist and author Margaret Mitchell
Dressed in pants so mother wouldn't have to watch a vigil
Her brother insisted if she was to play with him she would be a boy named Jimmy
I bet her mother saved thousands of dollars on her childhood shimmy

Shimmy- an undergarment worn by a female
Margaret Mitchell wrote the novel "Gone With The Wind"
Written: June 01, 2015
Sponsor: Kim Merryman
Contest: Cleri-who?

When Margaret was little her dress caught on fire on the fire iron grate but she was not hurt and all turned out well but her mother started dressing her in boys pants to avoid that happening again..She was nicknamed Jimmy from a cartoon character of that time..Of course, the nickname did not stay beyond childhood..

My Letter Naked

The whole while I wrote my letter naked
With my blood I cut each word deep
And made I but one step from my desk
dropped it subway
Like a useless undergarment
Sewn of toilet paper, destitute of the sewer
Stepped on it with mud, a furious matador

A newborn gospel, straight to the congress
Naked then I walked, bouncing, my buttocks hiccuping
And aping ding-dong bells, vegetative anger
Passing by baffled men, starved of piety
Gawking with their garments
Faithfully tucked in their groove
Speaking in tantalizing tongues
Of learned men, calling me a witch
Lest they without sin throw the stones

I sped back to my day as the night crept
To pick my garment, my linen
Cover my nakedness and scream
A man of letters is here
Count me.
