Of All the Dates

Of all the dates in history,
Today’s, to me, the worst.
Whenever it rolls ‘round, through time
I’m instantly transversed.

The bright blue sky, the tiny planes,
The crash with smoky thrust;
The bodies falling, buildings down
And everywhere, the dust.

The panicked people running
To escape the wild debris;
The stunned and silent city
Showing non-stop on TV.

Each generation flashes back,
With memory’s precision,
To one or two horrific dates
We perfectly envision.

Philosophy

Explains geometry
Physics of consciousness
Our Lord openness
We have always been the same
In order to see ourselves change
Bound by God prayers
We found each of these answers
Left behind probability
Jesus Christ delivered thee
Our Lord style
Shown truth behind his smile
Questions we seek
Our Lord spoke through thee
Listen with your silent ear
In order to hear
Astronomy transversed
Our Lord create our Universe
Have you come to a conclusion
We are not the illusion
An enigma
Proof of the Alpha and Omega
Spiritually released
We live within peace
Truth meant to be found
Not to be kept underground
Selfish men who pretend
What our Father Heavenly sent
God chose to heal thee
This not a parody
What is there to decide
Do you believe more than your naked eye
Look within your heart story
We are not the enemy
All combine
The essence of time
Jesus Christ our King is brave
Many more our Lord shall save

One

night withers to her pull
pink panther upon the prowl
alone the wolf
transversed in a hearse drawn howl

a wilderness of one
relegated and isolated
a biting bohemoth
born to run

in the distance,
war torn eyes witness

shimmers seducing from her grace
across an open gate
swung out
she glowing as he awaits

ne'r to bend
her very graze,
hyphenated
an empty haze
awoken
stare not stolen from her face

titillating
and taken aback
a second
and a third,
time

to rewind

if only I was a bird
and could peck out those eyes
flapping my golden wings
nesting near your threaded roost
touching cheek to cheek

but be forewarned
of that and this
the wild wild wind
and the hail
leading the call of the lord
where lovers
leap
and keep
quarters close

sink not into the valley of the night
nor play within the thorns
bleeding out in the thickets

rise up when he rises
shine down when he shines
release now
all the flowers from their bed

Premium MemberOur Best Framed

Once, while breathing an ideal moon's prime appeal,
my heart infused with long rained hues of feel for you.
Sadly, time blue-scored all joyous reels of love we knew.
I prayed for night to fuse my pain within Milkyway's zeal
that I might brightly heel from all your trashing of our two.

Divorced, you moved and our lives no longer transversed.
Then came your phone call sending my entirety off course.

You said, just a visit, insisting your time here would be swift.
Once here, you changed words to a permanent move claimed.
I didn't want you as a two-way mirror reflecting all we maimed.
In the dark, stars adrift and moonlit twinkled down a rare gift -
sky kissed insists friendship would be gained and lifelong framed.

Many Furlongs

Two ... two zero countless nautical yards
Too, too many miles
time transversed thru the oceanic space continuum
Almost four hundred years of a Middle Passage journey
nears an end ...
Signaling the beginning of the reckoning
But, for the laboring chained souls,
no work furlough was ever given
Only a Middle Passage to hell,
that was paved in greed ... profit driven
A hard, stony passage thru the fire,
and only by God’s grace do we the remnant
still live
Infant lips pressed to heaved breasts ...
Hallelujah hands uplifted to express
the many harrowing escapes along the way
Oral records of innumerable braveheart
acts of heroism
Sadly, also too, too many furlongs
of forlorn sunken cries in the watery swallows
Tragic tears salt the perilous path
of a people deemed terrible from their beginning hitherto
Unleashed from captivity ... forever,
the lions of antiquity
roar unfettered strong
Having survived
the treacherous, confining storms
of many furlongs

I'Ve Danced On Many Worlds

and will on many more.
Each have proven unique, with many lessons to learn.
I’ve traveled far but have farther still to go.
The road is long and tiresome, with many falling and failing to finish the task.
Failing in any world is not what kicks you off the path, it’s failing to learn the lesson taught that kicks you off the path. Falling off the path lands one in oblivion with nowhere else to go.
The road to everlasting tranquility is a long and tortuous path, not
meant to be easily attained. One world is not enough for every lasting tranquility. Many must be successfully transversed with their lessons learned to attain everlasting peace and tranquility.

The ones who come to the end of the path are the ones who’ve attained ultimate wisdom and enter into everlasting peace.

America's Patriots

As we rest weary on our soft beds of air,
Dreaming the DREAMS beyond, mortal compare.
Transversed wars and CONFLICTS, where no others would dare;
Done feats average AMERICANS see in their nightmares.
Carried our country's banners in foreign affairs;
Followed our bravest leaders in all types of warfare.
Saluted America's FLAG and recited the Lord's Prayer;
Never once did we ever falter, lag or despair.
Defeating our enemies on land, sea and air;
FREEDOM for each American - everywhere.

My Mind

My mind unravels like yarn in a child's hand
A flood of thoughts and perceptions woven together by a comen thirst for knowledge
It's what makes me
No one can imagine the deep dark ideas that float in my head
Only to be transversed by the ultimate enlightenment I feel on a daily basis
These contradicting ideas fill my brain
It is if I have two identities
Two identities struggling for domination within me
But then again....
Don't we all have this struggle?
