As twilight's shifting shadows slowly merge,
Dusk extinguishes all lingering light.
And a sky full of twinkling stars crowns Night,
as the blackness of space and time converge.
Indigo skies morph into ebony
while a scarlet sun bleeds on snow-capped rocks.
And though time's tethered to impatient clocks,
it stops; to behold Earth's transcendency.
A curtain of ghostly fog starts to form,
shrouding reality in misty white.
And darkness descends, as eagles take flight,
soaring over the land; Night will transform.
Silence rebuffs the creatures of the dark,
scurrying from the light of a full moon.
And Luna rises like a gold doubloon
above a gnarled old oak; gilding its bark.

Death and Taxes
Death enters our lives and fear draws its breath
each day that we wake until it leaves us in death
Outpacing mortality would surely set man free
to leave our worries behind in total transcendency
Fear motivates anxiety, causing concern and dissension
physical and mental burdens of overwhelming contention
We are encircled by fear like Earth upon its axis
Trepidation intimidates us like death and taxes
There are only two ways in which to overcome fear
To become immortal or die, it’s simply that clear
Don’t allow darkness to capture our heart and mind
Facing crippling fears head on will keep them confined
Fear anchors itself in the roots of fears that we feel
Once we stop feeding them, our maladies will heal

A sapphire moon has come to rest
upon evening’s blue lake crest;
faeries conduct concert crickets
and frogs sound bass among the thickets.
In umbral movement shadows weave
playing round about the trees;
a glowing orb of celestial light
upon horizon, sits with delight.
Tree branches wave their greening leaves,
whenever there’s sufficient breeze.
With songbirds settled in their nests,
in peaceful slumber, they do rest.
Hoot owls salute old Luna’s face,
basking in her mothering grace.
Such luminous resplendency
inspires me to transcendency.
There was poetry in her deliverance
as she was swathed by butterflies,
whilst cosmoses glinted 'tween
tranquil transcendency furthermost
harmoniously fluttered reminisces
like a flower gently unfolding,
flourishing a deeper kinda nectar
Elementally Earth:
A speck of celestial matter as meaningless
to time and the universal whole
as a second is to infinity.
Still, this tiny glint of life
is essential to the transcendency of all that is
and should be treasured universally
for the objective reality of the art
and beauty of its Motherhood.
Its birth and poetic symmetry
balances the masterpiece of divinity.
Our task is
to grasp that significance.
