Too Bad Poems | Examples

Too Bad

Too bad today’s not Turkey Day;
It’s sunny, crisp and bright.
Tomorrow will be pouring, which
For travel isn’t right.

The floats in the parade, as well
As families who wait
To see the bands and the balloons
Will all be tempting fate.

Yet still, the holiday will be
A gathering of kin
And maybe friends to join to help
The festive meal begin.

The rain may dampen spirits
But when everyone’s together,
Thanksgiving will be much the same,
Despite the nasty weather.

Premium MemberToo Bad, So Sad

I just said in response: too freaking bad, that is so sad.
All the more reason to find ways to once again be glad.
Now I find myself being one who for once is driving him mad.

Too Bad

His name was Dad

        He was bad

        I was mad

        It was so sad.

Premium MemberI Am Too Bad For Your Good

I am too bad for your Good

Impulse trying to tango with patience, but only stepping on her feet

Give and take, we don't mix well when we are together, you are fire and I am water

I kill your flame leaving you feeling lifeless and you burn my mind like a forest fire

p.s. I don’t want to break the rules but I am not ready to leave you…

Too bad Adam didn't have a mother
or a sister, a neighbor, a friend, enemy,
or even just a guy he didn't know but waved at anyway.
Adam dealt with what he did have which was Eve.
Too bad for Eve, too. She didn't have a father.
She had Adam's rib, though, at least that was something.
Adam thought Eve was pretty and he liked the idea
of someone who'd feed him.
Eve thought Adam was not too bad lookin' his own self...
…
and he DID have a way with words
(giraffe made her laugh)
!!! like really hard !!! like sometimes she had to run to a corner of Eden to pee !!!
Stuff didn't always go great for them, but they loved eachother.
