 look at your surroundings
everything's beautiful
when you acknowledge God in it
creations ever fabulous
in Christ
All things are ever prefect
In all under standing you must
revelationalize
Keep your eyes on the prize
Alleluia
Oh, and the prize what's left is
our breath
separates anxiety
 look at your surroundings
everything's beautiful
when you acknowledge God in it
creations ever fabulous
in Christ
relax stop take a breath, take a step
enjoy Christ
All things are ever perfect in Him
revelationalize
Keep your eyes on the prize
Alleluia
Oh, and the prize what's left is
our breath
separates anxiety

I Take a Breath

My head feels light because of the world

My chest feels tight because of the world

My muscle aches because of the world

My Heart beats fast because of the world

I Take a Breath

The World feels open and instead holds me

The World feels relaxed when I release

The World feels solid and it takes care of me

The World feels at ease and it heals me

I Take a Breath

My words can not reach beyond the Glass

My words are empty like a shatter Glass

My words are sharp like broken Glass

My words are fragments that makes Glass

I Take a Breath

Make Glass to see, not to speak through

Make Glass to reflect all, all is not empty

Make Glass fill with means then it is not broken

Make Glass that has no cracks it be solid

I Take a Breath

The Simpless things done is a days work

The Simpless things stand with nature

The Simpless things are not so Hard

The Simpless things are at peace

I Take a Breath

Work done right we do not need to do it again

Nature that is un-harmed is a Seven Wonder

Hard is always followed by things easy

Peace is a Life time of love, care, and nurture

I Take a Breath!

Take a Breath

Puff puff pass away the pain,
Puff puff pass around the pleasure,
Puff puff pass away our brains,
Puff puff pass whatever weather,
Puff puff pass because the good,
Puff puff pass because the bad,
Puff puff pass because of all the stuff we wish we had,
Puff puff pass till dusk,
Then puff puff pass till dawn,
Puff puff pass so long you can’t help but yawn,
I’ve puff puff passed so much I started to forget how to care,
Honestly I’ve puff puff passed so much I just breathe it in like air,

Air so sweet it could help me temporarily forget my very permanent problems:

Thoughts of guns scraping my skull through my brain,
Take a breath

Thoughts of open car doors on fast highways,
Take a breath

Rope burn around my neck,
Take a breath.

With him sick and family all around I didn’t get to breathe very often, those two weeks that’s all I wanted to do so I could stop the pain or at least make it soften.

I remember walking down the bright hospital hallway to his room only to learn of his death, I knew it wouldn’t bring him back but the fire might freeze the grief so the night my Dad died,
I took a breath.

Take a Breath

draw in many breaths

pure crisp cotton snowy air

jagged peaks beckon

snare young and old to challenge

death defying runs of ice

Take a Breath

Life is slipping out of my hand. You're making things more difficult then they seem,
the words you speak are only vocabulary while the actions you do are only half of what you speak.
Life is simple but in some terms you have to let it go. Life goes by so fast. What if in a blink of a eye,
you miss everything and the world just past by? Enjoy all the good times, the sad times because thats
what makes life so beautiful. even though you're still young and cant find the piece of the puzzle you're
missing. You have a long way ahead of you, just slow down and be patient, the future is coming,
so let it go, all your problems and situations, let it go because a few years down the road the things
you are going through now will be nothing but a masquerading memory

Take a Breath

Sit back
Take a breath
Let it roll on by

Sit back
Take a breath
Let the feeling die

Sit back
Take a breath
Dont start a fight

Sit back
Take a breath
Dont hold the love inside
