Premium MemberPollinating Passion

To all the dead flowers your colors remain;
The future is budding with an echoed hue,
there is a glimpse in the cleansing rain;

Trapped inside you’re fed to a sundew
energy transformed but still it grows;
Generations will come to know you;

A relentless spirit does not decompose,
held by others it’s amplified and lives on;
Your aura becomes even more grandiose;

Pollinating your passion is the mission,
mastering this ability one in a million.

I'Ll Drift Back To You Like the Waves In the Sea

let's ferment the stars with sulfur rain
mix in the spirit of the alluring galaxy
an intoxicating blend of moon glaze and sundew

drunk on stars waltzing on the rings of Saturn
adorning our pale stories with sapphire-encrusted necklaces
placing asteroids as bookmarks between our happiest moments
to highlight the fights in our journey to space

bathed in golden light swimming through crystalline waters
mixing in azure to our bland cocktail blend
watching glass get engulfed in clouds of blue and shells
only wading in the surface- too nonchalant to dive in deep

climbing emerald vines, adorned with ruby fruits
the fruit of our love untouched,
safe from the heartbreak-hungry predators
seeing the stars drawn by us in the night sky

I'll drift back to you like the waves in the sea
remember the constellations we mapped out in our midnight dreams
keep you in my heart encased in a golden star
be the winds of change in your life
cause I'd rather die than not be part of your life...

Song At the End of the Road

Drinking from the portrait
of an alienated moon
in a self-taught remedy?

I was looking very
hurt in the muse,which
had failed the earth.

I wanted to say, my
sun was my sun,
broken, eclipse by eclipse.

Who was traitor to oneself ?
Sifting the leaves of a
raptor,to find the death

under the shade of
sundew, which blooms
when you become an insect.

Premium MemberIt Was One of Those Mornings

Outside my window, all is dull and white
As morning spreads on cracks across the bay,
Her prickly fissures stark, like threads contrite,
Against the pewter of a frigid day
Where sullen the view from iced winds’ replay.

I see a varnished gleam in my heart’s eye
While peonies are climbing at the gate ,
That birds of red and yellow twit nearby,
Enchanting leafy maples, so ornate
Till sundew bursts on fresh morn, to elate!

Sneaking Desires

The pursuit of a rainbow
    in the tiger sanctuary.
       Mathematics fails.

             *

     Sundew
invites you to taste the flesh.
     You fall like a guilt.

             *

      The pink moon
melts down in your dream. You
       will not touch the flame.
