I took my eye and
in its sight I saw stargazed
the vivid moonlight
~
tandem views lunar
solar shines not at night sights
moon glows ever bright

Fright Features
1) Fright Night
Assured steps lead my costumed son,
dwells California night slight calm,
tugs tight-fitted guise sparse undone,
assured steps lead my costumed son,
plus kid brother midst stargazed fun,
his hand held in brother's cool palm,
assured steps lead my costumed son.
An Alameda porch shines bright,
as bold thumb press a doorbell ring,
a squire smiles at his silvered knight,
an Alameda porch shines bright,
answers tall clown causes a fright,
naive grabs sweets snub elder's cling,
an Alameda porch shines bright.
2) Fright Flight
A bright Livermore cloudless sky,
sits a Piper Cherokee plane,
my pilot friend, his wife and I,
a bright Livermore cloudless sky,
Phoenix bound, 4-seater, breaths sigh,
took-off without a hitch fears wane,
a bright Livermore cloudless sky,
Comes a fear not to be ignored,
Meteor Crater, prayed plenty,
spirals down to a lift, restored
comes a fear not to be ignored,
Grand Canyon sights yon his dashboard,
some dive took, I flipped a penny,
comes a fear not to be ignored.

There comes a time when we find it necessary
To realign our direction
So we can make a love connection
My eyes falling deep into yours
Oh how it makes my heart want to roar
As I draw you near
Making sure these feelings are sincere
You will never have to fear
This stargazed atmosphere
All of this because our time is near
Everything with you so crystal clear
Nothing about you in disguise
Everything with you just seems to fly
I see us never having to say goodbye
As our love dances across the sky
There comes a time to let it all unwind
So it’s possible to leave our past behind
Our future open unwilling to bind
There comes a time when it would appear
Our love will never peak or disappear
So we are able to redefine how this is a sign
Our love starts to show with the most magical flow
Now that we both have come to know
How powerful this love of ours will grow
That will reflect who we become
I'm so happy we are on such a positive run
It's only going to get better with time
We are like that perfect design
That makes your heart surrender to mine

Have you not looked upon horizons pink,
Outstretched from dreary skies of yesternight,
That vanquish tearful blue as cottons blink
And gray reflects the glow of lunar light?
Are stargazed lilies grown for one alone -
A selfish king who chains the royal moon?
Defiant highness knows, despite his throne,
That petals plucked tomorrow wilt too soon.
Don’t claim your wretched sonnets poetry
Because all lines adhere to rules defined;
No beauty breathes where vibrant imagery
Has fallen victim of the poet’s mind.
Your broken records spin in days gone by
While you refuse the right of time to die.

He sang of nature wild and free
and rode the waves upon the sea.
Found wonder in a bird in flight
and stargazed during the dark of night.
Somewhere above the muse still sings,
lifted high on celestial wings.
His soul flies over the eagle's nest,
as mortal remains are put to rest.
Riding the wind and sky above,
he sings his songs of home and love.
Country roads and apple pie;
he's left the earth to soar the sky.
Released from every earthly care,
I know he's found his mountains there.
The songwriter's gone but his music lives on.

Like a beautiful image painted inside my stargazed head
The one who receives compliments when words are said
A body of flesh that creates the protype of my obsesssions
The one I kneel and pray for when I ask the Lord for blessings
The character who portrays the dreams that I possess
My heart's priest when I feel I need to confess
The imaginary picture in the clouds I see
The cause of me living enternally happily
The reason I awake from my somber sleep
The voice I respond to when i'm felling deep
She is the reason my love is so open and flaunted
More than an object, she's everything i've ever wanted
