Waddle with me in a downpour of rain
Singing in a symphonious refrain
Jumping in puddles, splashing everyone
Simply because we will have lots of fun.
We'll fluff up our feathers, inhale fresh air
Twist and shake until we have no breath there
Because we are smarties, we have it cracked
And expertly do a ducky class act.
One two and then quack, one two and then splash
Allow alluring eyelashes to flash
Look to the left and then look to the right
Dancing and prancing from morning to night.
Then we can dream elating ducky dreams
In the wondrous world of fantasy themes
Arriving there, surely one can't do wrong
Waddling to the tune of a ducky song.

The Sheep line up to be Walmart counted
Empty thoughts sleep walking in pyjamas
Without smiles
Without voices
Without community
There to stare
at how to work another register
The One that doesn't care about your day
The One the Waltons ousted John Boy to replace
His minimum wage and demeanour an outrage
Musk and Bezos need more Smarties
just like YOU,
to feed empty space
So, You, Sleep Walker, will pay
Buy your daily Bread
Care not that the oven can slam shut
Care for Nothing
Just as long as it costs THEM next to nothing
Be silent, say nothing
Be Nothing
Don't smile
Don't talk
Don't live
Be the unpaid cashier
.......And bring your own pillowcases!

Ice cream and jelly, with a punch in the belly.'
Is what some in Britain Abhor.' Boris is in
Trouble, he blew too big a bubble, where he
And others did abide.' There is agony and much
Beration by the media of the Nation about who
May well have lied..? Er I mean died.' Yet i find no
Contention. On arms shipments and war intentions?
From any who, debate or decry ' about lockdowns
Such shockowns while B L M protests spread wide
How can he be so wrong? Yet also right? For so-long
While his sucessors continue in that war like stride.'
What of the elders, in throes of dementia? or now the Myocarditis high tide ' if he's wrong in his house party's
Though we are not all smarties ' surely history will itself
Truth decide.' Is there poison abounding? in congenial
Surroundings? Addicted to rampant turpitide ? How sick
Are 'lost leaders?' Who took their nation blindfolded on
A fear churning ride.? Forget ice cream with jelly and great
Bloated bellies.' Smile and turn well aside ' make no talk
Of sound reason, rejoice in silly season April fools days
And santioned genocide.?

So strange, it was dark in the white room
People pondered over marshmallow figures all stood in a straight line
That one at the end, it has eyes
So it has
Godlike, we bow in awe
Hundreds and thousands applaud in unison
Chocolate legions stand routed
The eyes have vanished
Death searches in the night
Jelly baby heads abandoned as mothers cry in colour
Candy fish lead the cortège as the night floats downstream
One jelly baby saved
Adopted Tobleronian
Something's brewing
Death in the afternoon
God speaks
Go forth to jelly mountain
Hundreds and thousands follow
Tobleronians in hot pursuit
Parting of the waves
Plague the Pharaohs army
He leaves the smarties
To climb jelly mountain
God gifts him tablet for the journey down
The smarties have built a chocolate idol
Furious, he breaks the tablet in two
With the Tobleronians on one side
Smarties on the other
He came to his only conclusion on jelly mountain
You just can't get the 'Staff.'

Welcome, to my country.
Where we experienced load shedding.
No Wi-Fi, petrol sky high.
Politicians fighting battles to stay on top,
Less money for you to shop.
The poor has to beg and plea,
Daily on every corner and street.
While politicians’ lives a rich life,
From tax payers, they milk every dime.
We are a box of smarties,
While politicians sleeps with different parties.
During election they pick and choose,
Which color to use.
We are not the rainbow nation anymore,
Some parties’ mayhem caused it for sure.

Just found a brilliant new website called Brilliant
Brilliant is a lot of scientific stuff worth a gold ingot
Overdoing it, perhaps maybe
Stuff to stump smarties under 80
Over 80, us guys get it in a flash, that's the ticket

Jelly bean warships judiciously cheering for the enemy?
The old timers do not understand this unnaturalness.
“It is an inescapable truth today,” Sgt. Mars Bar told them.
“We are all about preserving the rights of everyone else.”
Some tittering twits known as Smarties marched by at that second.
Several poked fun at the old-timers, calling them names like
“Crappy, Tired, Worn-out and Needs Energy.”
“What about our rights?” Captain Seniors asked him.
“What rights?” Sgt. Mars Bar asked. “You are invisible.
I thought you knew that. Didn’t anyone tell you?”
The youth kept screaming mean things to them,
making them realize some people could see them.
“So everyone has rights but us,” Major Oldster said slowly.
Sgt. Mars Bar nodded.
“Because we are invisible?”
“Exactly!” This was the last military exercise most of them attended.

A sailor who loved costume parties
would shout out a wild, “Aye, me hearties!”
This old buccaneer,
role playing with cheer,
got mimicked by all the young smarties.

When I was only a small child
Your temperament so mild
You worked, each and every day
Whether at home, or away
Nicknamed your little toadslies every day
We always listened to what you had to say
Black-Eye'd Susie was my nickname
Didn't matter to me; all the same
Of onions and garlic, you often smelt
Tucking us in; on your knees you knelt
You brought us Smarties every night!
Laura and I held it in our sights
We even saved the red ones last
For us; it was a real blast
From a baby to a girl, how fast you grew
Shared more than Smarties, she already knew
What our time together meant
Not borrowed, but spent
I hope I see Laura more
Your love; I adore, evermore

How Sweet It Is
Walking down the Rocky Road
Pay Day! Skor! 100 Grand in hand
Passing the Three Musketeers
The Chunky Jolly Rancher, Mike and Ike
The Smarties with Boston Baked Beans for brains
Products of 5th Avenue
Lifesavers in business
Wise butt Goobers at heart
Their Hot Tamales are the best
I would run a Marathon for a bag
But at a 100 Grand a pop
It’s a luxury only for Now and Later

The rocky road of childhood lingers on
And still I hear the echoes of those nerds.
A galaxy away and yet so near,
I was the dove and they the preying birds.
Hey, 'chunky', ' lemonhead' they'd shout at me
And snickers would resound throughout the yard,
'Three Musketeers', 'The Smarties' they were called
They knew the skor, their taunts would leave me scarred.
The lies they told, the whoppers, made me cry
Take 5 one said as fist beat on my chest
At zero was my self-esteem back then
Their spree of ridicule was not suppressed.
Oh Henry!, now the years have rolled on by
Yet bitter, recollections still endure,
The starburst of your youth too soon was quenched
Pay day will come for them, you can be sure.

Finally it was PAY DAY,
and I felt like a 100 GRAND.
Even though you don't make MOUNDS of money,
selling HOT TAMALES from a stand.
I headed to the JOLLY RANCHER,
over on 5TH AVENUE and DOVE.
To grab some beers with MIKE AND IKE,
a couple of GOOBERS, whose company I love.
We may not be a bunch of SMARTIES,
but AIRHEADS we are not.
We know all about sports and WHATCHAMACALLIT,
just ask HEATH the bartender, he quizzes us a lot.
The THREE MUSKETEERS is what they call us,
we are the best of friends, BAR NONE.
The stories we tell are WHOPPERS,
they may hold ZERO truth, but still a lot of fun.

It was a grand wake up call for many
When in the seventies on the big screen
We watched the movie Looking for Mr. Goodbar
The message of caution was unmistakably strong
On the rocky road to Hot Tamales
Going out each payday to discotheques
Looking for love in all the wrong places
Under the lights of the Milky Way
Here there anywhere in our galaxy
Like on a spree or marathon picking up willy nilly
Nerds, air heads, smarties, all losers bar none
Just looking for a tootsie roll or two on fifth avenue
Those days are long gone
Now a chocolate fix is all we crave

The jolly summer holiday.
The sun is shining
The flower is sprouting
It is a bright weather for us, my sweetie
It is a lovely summer for us the lovebirds.
The horse is jogging
The saddle is yawning
Let's ride on our horse to the top of mountains
Let's ride on our horse to the flowing streams.
The fire is burning
The sausage is roasting
Let's have our yummy in the summer breeze
Let's have our yummy in the gentle wind.
The candy is cooling
Ice-cream melting
Crispy cookies in my left and right
Balls of smarties in my front and back.
So-so happy
And so-so jolly
It is our summer picnic today
It is our jolly summer holiday.

Sunshine smiling smarties on sugary snowy slopes
Eating éclair evenings where everyone elopes
Cotton Candy climbing with cascading caramel
Delicious dancing donuts devilishly desirable
Jumping jealous jellybeans jousting with the jujubes
And tasty toffee truffles taunting the tootsie roll tubes
What a Wonderful Wunderbar World of Mr. Willy Wonka
A virile victorious vision before we get to the Vodka.
