Zig-zag, zig-zag, what’s coming next?
Just corners, twists and bumps,
No glimpse, no signposted clear path,
Just loads of holes and humps.
Day after day, just up and down
And twisting round and round,
No indication anywhere
Of where the end is found.
So much of life zig-zags around
Surprising frights and fears,
Uncertainties, anxieties,
And even desperate tears.
But stop! Just look! A bright new light,
With path so plain displayed.
And there’s a sign, a lovely sign,
So clear, ‘This is the Way!’
Jesus there is always waiting.
Yes, he alone’s the Way,
Troubles he turns to singing,
Transforms the worst of days!
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” John 14:6.

In uncontrollable destinies,
fate is visible, signposted with faith.
In limitations of the intangible unforeseen,
tribulations from tangible organisms,
leave a heart yearning to release
the force from kundalini kismet.
What am I,
but a speck of dust,
spinning from nothingness,
composed in a complex analogy,
but more than just a meaningless metaphor.
Pursuing conscience consciousness,
a misunderstood muse in a poetic garden,
sowing seeds for a wallflower soul
to bloom as an orchid in Eden's orchards -
to feel mercy from heavenly raindrops.
A once, dysfunctional mind,
scribbled as an unmetered sonnet,
but with an eagle spirit
healing from wounded wings,
caged within a circle of sins,
polishing the heart to coexist.
Firmly planting my roots into
the mouth of mother earth.
Feeding on morsels of
atonement and redemption.
Eternally exploring self-reflection,
wishing internal paths lead to steps
with simple sentiments of silence.
Hoping illuminative energy liberates,
to ease the adversity of climbing
towards the zenith of zen -
to flourish in sunflower serenity.

NOTE:THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE using spaces&breaks without grammatical symbols ,the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and responds thus making this enigmatic form a two way interplay & interpretatIon unique to the moment& changing according to mood is inherently variable.

By sea, air or land, a map is at hand
To find your way through
Beat motorway blues
GPS locate, not wanting to be late
Motorway lanes signposted for speed
To A roads and B routes, destined to lead
Atlas for certain the world it will open
With continent size distorted for guise
Longitude, latitude, GMT atlas use
From trains track the scenery
Through towns, cross a river bridge
By day or by night, if moon is in sight
North, south, east, west; by stars you can trek
Chart journeys together in all kinds of weather
Driving by car when thinking of marriage
Or maybe preferring a horse drawing carriage
By rail, road or tube, there’s a map you can choose
Distance, time, ask where to arrive or depart
For traveling plans
A map is your friend
