Nothing
Can a person write a poem,
About nothing,like this?

But it does provide a question,
And a point you cannot miss.

Can a poem be of something,
Saying nothing at all?

Or is it like a message,
Like writings on the wall?

Will it guide you through the day,
Or release your darkest fear?

Is this poem all for nothing,
Or is there something here?...

Premium Member No Where Left To Run
There's no where left to run
and no where left to hide
The enemy is at he door
And the walls are closeing in
I'm trapped and terrified
I gasp and heath I'm suiffocating
and cannot breath
The writings on the wall
I'm naked and feeling so small
I'm at a loss
as what to do haven't a clue no more
I may have won many battles
But I've yet
to win the war.

I Hate You
I hate you for making me fall
And then leaving me to break.
I hate you because I couldn't see
The writings on the wall,
You were destined to leave.
I hate you for having that smile,
I hate you for being that guy
That makes me feel so alive
Yet hangs me out to dry.
I hate how you used to look at me
With your incredible eyes.
I hate... I hate myself...
I hate myself for falling,
Now I'm still breaking....

Us and Them
Parched his desert shawl, and all these writings on the wall ?
Sitting atop her pillow as gazing through, this window; city skies
While baby yawns then rubs their blurry eyes; waking, to a lullaby..
Crowned the ceiling, trimmed of gold; as silver stars, it's paper holds
Teddy smiles and infants laugh; crawling past, his crimson hat ? Sunlight
Joy's pink giraffe; making haste to kiss her face a music box, in love's display....

The Order
The writings on the wall , they say
The Egyptians they will agree
The pharaohs used the hieroglyph
to tell of us of their reign

The holograms the future
The skywalkers would agree
The rebel alliance sent messages
to tell us the empires on the way

The methods used to message us
have evolved, I'm sure you would agree
but to send a hieroglyph or hologram
to mum a bit much to order tea .
