Us and Them
Parched his desert shawl, and all these writings on the wall ?
Sitting atop her pillow as gazing through, this window; city skies
While baby yawns then rubs their blurry eyes; waking, to a lullaby..
Crowned the ceiling, trimmed of gold; as silver stars, it's paper holds
Teddy smiles and infants laugh; crawling past, his crimson hat ? Sunlight
Joy's pink giraffe; making haste to kiss her face a music box, in love's display.
