a wily, wanton wind with wicked ways,

    It wails 
        and writhes 
            and wrestles 
        with the windows,
        
And woos the trees 
    with its wild, wicked gaze,
    
But when it's done, 
    it disappears

off to start a new day
but my mind wrestles
within, the thoughts of you

warm winds wash over me 
and momentarily I'm at peace 
I watch the sky pushing her clouds
ever slowly passing by
and I can't help but wander

winking a sultry goodbye
I could look for you forever
but you're already with me inside...
