Faith Paved Road

Too much pain wrestles in my dark,
forcing limps that stifle my spark.
Trekking life's long and winding road,
I seek You for a faith reload.
Praising Your road paved with truth's seed,
I will find where pain does recede.

'a faith reload' sounds like just what the Good Doctor ordered. Neat turn of phrase there, CayCay. Flex those rosaries, gw

I like your choice of song, and the application of it in your poem. I can relate to life being a long and winding road. I hope that, through all the tears, etc. it will always lead you to where you need to be.

A sort of prayer everyone likes. My pain will not disappear easily though. Poetry hugs.
