Premium Member Love Dodoitsu #3: Kiss Me

Kiss me at the dawn's clear light,
Hold my hopes upon your lips.
Kiss me through the starry night;
Fire on fingertips.

Winds Under My Wings

Winds under my wings to make me fly
Inspiration in my heart to get me ahead
Favored friend, my fan and family forever
Entrusted with easy emotions… emollient

Trustworthy Anew

who I was,
you remember, you feel it;

you touch
my heartbroken heart, you soothe it;

every time
upon me your hands you lay,

my darkness
deep in me you cast away;

and it's you
who light my path now and then,

convincing
me I'm worth your love again!

Tell Me

So, tell me what’s wrong
Tell me what have I done
Was it something that I had forgot
Was it somewhere I went, or money I spent
Just talk, am I cold, warm or hot
I’m not psychic you know
I’m perhaps a tad slow
But, give me a hint, and I’ll guess
With some prompting, I’m certain
We’ll bring down the curtain
And bring to an end, this whole mess

All the Reasons I Hate You

I hate the way you talk,
the way you say my name,
the way you wear your hair.
To me it's all the same.

I hate it when you make me laugh,
even more when you make me cry.
I hate it when you're just standing there,
Also when you lie.

I hate you for hurting me,
I hate you for being untrue,
I hate you for making me hate you,
And for making me love you.

Come To Bed

I'm sitting here beneath the lamp.
My wife is begging me to camp.
"Come lay beside me in the bed
And we will cover up our heads.
To have a nice and peaceful dream.
We'll have to turn down this lamp's beam.
     "Tomorrow is another day"
I just heard my beautiful Scarlett say.
If you will down beside me lay,
we'll cuddle and hug 'til break of day!

Now X Wife

Now X Wife

Sing to me then your sad sorry song
my ears long to be free of silence
show me then cold winter dawn
my eyes ache with your absence
touch me then with tears that have flown
down the face of reminiscence
in this colourless world where no light or love can be held
bring me nothing but sorrow to bind us

Cleave to me a grey body of steel
an iron heart to feel all the intense emptiness between us
me

Let Me.

Let me stay this way wrapped in your arms like on a cold rainy day,
let me touch your lips as soft as a good night kiss,
let my heart race always to your love for it is what I am thankful of,
let me look forever into your eyes for it is where my future lys,
let me hold you as we did on our first kiss like new love or a secreat wish,
you let me do so much over the years now let me say thank you to the one I hold dear.

Her Dimples Made Me Smile

Her dimples made me smile
When I looked at her face
Because of the way she was
Having style and so much grace

The way she made me feel
Made my heart skip a beat
And just to look at her
Really knocked me off my feet

Oh yes I fell in love
With those dimples the other day
And they are so special
There's just no other way

First I'm thankful to God
Cause I know I'm His child
For blessing me with Joyce
Her dimples made me smile.

Worthy Once Again

.

Who I am,
who I used to be
you still feel.

                The deep wound
                in my soul you
                somehow heal.

Each time on me
your affection
you lay,

                the darkness
                deep in me
                is cast away.

And it's you
who light my path
now and then,

                convincing me
                I'm worth your love
                once again.

Getting along brings my hearts delight
I don’t want your anger to ignite
I know I’m no shining knight
I don’t want us to fight
I know I’m not as lofty as a kite
As night is blue and day is white
I don’t want to always be right
I want your love for me to ignite
A kind look makes me high as a kite
I like to hear your insights
For us to be civil would be alright
Being with you is my hearts delight

Woman

Swallowing scent meant for someone stronger left me sinking under summers sweet
seductive spell like others who'd fallen that forewarned me of how easy a weakened knee
bent too far could mean change in me forever... I embraced the taste of hunnysuckled rose
peddles sent to carry me afar off beaten paths which I was not familiar.. On arrival heard
the word relationship which turned that very second into five years down the line, now here I
stand.

Marriage In a Nut Shell

I said I do,
But believe me I don’t
What I meant is I do
But she says hell you won’t
When I said I do
I didn’t know it meant her way
So I should have said I don’t
On that so called special day
But if I said I don’t
She would have convinced me I do
I should have ran off that day
But me legs won’t go my way
Me tongue betrayed me
When it said I do
Just to find out later
That if I do or won’t or don’t
"I’m dammed if I do"
"And I’m dammed I don’t"

Wifee

You bring me joy and you bring me laughter,
And you will be mine, forever after,
You bring me joy when you are here,
You make me want to cheer cheer cheer,
I want to thank you for all you have done,
With you in my life, its so much fun,
I really love you with all my heart,
And that is why we will never part,
I want to love you night and day,
And that is the way it will always stay,
You are my wife but you are my friend,
And we will see it through until the end

Permission Slip

You say you like sweet snacks, like Cracker-Jacks-
And, you think I might be a prize.
You propose a test drive scenario; a chance to
Maybe try me on for size.

You say you could rock my world;
Show me the time of my life.
Well you know, I'm good to go, just show
Me a permission slip, signed by my wife.

There she is, right over there,
She the one with the purple hair
Just keep in mind, she doesn't like to share
And, she never learned to play well with others

Just Right

I turn
only to see your face
next to mine
Sunlight
touches the perfect spots
Heat rises
and Eyes lock
at
the sound of your voice
saying
"Hello Beautiful"
your Lips
to my Forehead
tell me
I'm Special
but the faint smell of
toothpaste and old spice
say
your day was long
your Fingers
sweep the hair from
my Eyes
and I return the favor
your Arms
pin me beneath your side
and
I feel your Heart
beat in sync with mine
