Just Right

I turn
only to see your face
next to mine
Sunlight
touches the perfect spots
Heat rises
and Eyes lock
at
the sound of your voice
saying
"Hello Beautiful"
your Lips
to my Forehead
tell me
I'm Special
but the faint smell of
toothpaste and old spice
say
your day was long
your Fingers
sweep the hair from
my Eyes
and I return the favor
your Arms
pin me beneath your side
and
I feel your Heart
beat in sync with mine
Meant To Be: In that moment, life was just right
