Voiceless, We may be
     Heartless We are not
Please make the choice
     To be our voice

Golden rings on held hands
city streetlights glow
voiceless given glance
extended serenity
eyes for each other
a long road walked.
Form: Verse

Voiceless

The feeling of an empty shell...
The feeling you wanted to cry...
But you can't bring out the tear
Feel's my heart crumble with fear

The Art of Communiction

Deaf
Ears
Hands speak
And express
Our thoughts and feelings
With voiceless communication
Conversations proceed from animated faces.

Voiceless

The words rumbled inside,
Lingering at the back of my throat,
Entangling my vocal chords
You have made me voiceless again.

Hollow Heartbeats

I became invisible
even to myself
hollow heartbeats
transparent screams
what can be heard
in voiceless secrets
and apparitions of
yesterday

The Waterfall

Cascading vision
channeling it’s own pathway
like stained glass crystals
tripping over polished stones
voiceless but never speechless

The Bright Side of Graffiti

Graffiti is an artful display of expressive imagination by a confused but creative mind, made especially to speak rashly for the voiceless.

dreamers
voiceless refugees
fragile
          imperfect...
with images
       to bring alive:
enduring
            disconnects..
      voiced aloud
unread

Premium Member An Ode to My Finger

An ode to silent shouts
Standing alone
Thrust upward
In voiceless violence
Cursing the closure of confinement
A finger
           ...flipped in frustration

When others speak
in hushed tones,
behind closed doors,
my voice
rises
for the voiceless.

My heart
only knows
to advocate,
to persuade,
to fight
for the cause.

Den of Dreams

I wondered! Why wisdom wastes away
In the valley of vanity, void and voiceless.
I often pondered on how poor predators play
Away with the lives of the wealthy and worthless

Premium Member my worst nightmare

I cannot scream
I am paralyzed
stuck in place
my arms and legs are pinned

I try again to scream
nothing comes out
I am immobile, voiceless, terrified
my worse nightmare

Shepherd's Watch

A voice for the voiceless
whose cry still unheard
Alone in the womb
but blessed by the Word

Defending the helpless
as murderers loom
Divinity watching
— a reckoning soon

Horseless Carriage

We have reined the mind
“blindered” sight
hobbled with restraints
a voiceless choir
led the thirst-less
to un-quenching waters
muted the joyous roar
of truth’s waterfall

Premium Member Mystery Poet

you're only a flag
a presence without a name
why are you hiding?

a faceless person
voiceless mystery poet
do your eyes see all?

just an enigma
unknown reader of us all
A PS Phantom?

Eileen Manassian

The Forest

A windless rain,
Poring of green,
Effervescent kisses,
Pigment on the lips.

Concupiscence silence,
Every moment it whispers,
Voiceless vacuum,
Like the noise of silk clothing,
Or leaves blowing in the wind.

Understanding

Break the pot of mind
Nay with stone or hammer but
Break hard it in love

For the rest, may need
A piece to live, earn
The bread for a voiceless lot

Broken pot thus serve
Nay for potter alone but
For earth to dig hard.

Death hurls plain
Grain of pain

Voiceless voice vain
Peace pickles pain
Grand glimpses gain

Sudden shock sways
Dense death displays
Cold creepy clay

Sam

its odd he first to die
dropped in a river with
cinderblock bracelets
eyes open to his unseen
world lips parted for
voiceless joy he clinks
to the bottom and bubbles
rise. forever set motionless
to swim with the fish

No Dial Tone To Dote On

No dial tone to dote on
My memory is made
And my format is filthy
The tone is tempting
But the pause is pressing
My volume is voiceless
And the channels are changing
And a constricting clasp on cancel
Is my only option

Frigid hard worked
Hands
Shoulders
Goose pimpled cold
Give me texture

Steely seldom blinked
Poker eyes
Wrinkled straight mouth
Smile
Give me chills

Voiceless response
Touch
Less embrace
Romantic impressionism
Give me love

Love In You I Have Found

In you I have found this courteous concord
Like the rainbow, very colorful
In the cloudy, clumsy skies;
Your fragrance keeps my heart cool,
Without you the world will
Be void and voiceless.

Helpless:
Love!
