Desolate,once more
Thinking of what could have been;
Where did I go wrong?
Was there more I should have done!
Three words left unsaid-
The arrogance of male pride,
Shackle emotions..inside

Contradiction
(naga uta poem)
in this rural place
forest once ever so deep-
one needs to destroy
acres of trees to create
a stronger living signal…
the moon and stars scrutinize

Winter chills my bones
But you warm me to the core
Hold me tightly then
Burn me; fire me up tonight
As fire emits love
You are the source of the flame
For eternity
You’ll be the fire in my heart
And I’ll be the fire in yours

with muse in my hand
and wire tapping on brain
I begin journey
to explore imagination
to find a story
for sheer enjoyment
when bounty is truely found
on that given day I sought

Lyric
Sitting here,I dream
Those Summer days of my youth,
Life was slower then -
Holidays,so full of sun
Time, just drifted by,
Daylight lasting,oh so long -
Days stretched into weeks
Carefree as we ventured forth
Growing up,was simpler then.

Lyric
As I think of love
And how love once was for me
I simply must smile
As I recall past ladies
I rode on the wind
The same wind took them from me
So much history
Such beautiful memories
But those days are gone
And one thing so clear to see
My true love I live for thee

Anger turns to love
when thorns inhibit the rose—
yet behold the rose
in amongst the ensnared thorns.—
is she not beauty
personified protected.

Contradistinction
opposed quality and form
our eye's can fool us...
Contradiction speaks
opposed word choice inflection
our ear's can fool us...
Conventional truth
learned behavior mounts as,
our mind can fool us...
Indifference comes
vibratory energy
collective magnet...

Nearing river’s edge;
My thoughts began to wander,
As brooding clouds formed --
In a once indigo sky,
There the hunter stood…
Yes, the archer and his hounds
Readying his bow
He implored twins Gemini
“Chase the bull ‘cross Milky Way“…
(Just a star gazers dream)

A beautiful dove
You coo when you are happy
You enjoy dancing
And looking in your mirror
You are so happy
I let you out of your cage
You enjoy being cuddled.

My mom had a dove when I was in High School. He survived almost 20 years. He didn't like being by himself.

Deserted and bleak,
Where mountains reach and rocks
Squat red and jagged,
The jumbles, the building blocks
Of a long-dead world.
Canyons plunge deep where
Fast flowing water
Eroded a channel there.
Now dead, dry, airless,
A Red Planet among the stars
Hopes for rebirth.
This is the Spirit of Mars
Waiting for help from Earth.
