Premium Member How Naive Can JD Be
JD Vance will certainly get skewered
For he came off as naïve, untutored

          Boosted the military
          Promoted prosperity

Such naivete can get him murdered

A trilobite born in a pond
     thought that he would evolve
But untutored was he in DNA
gene puzzles he just couldn't solve

Where I Stand
As Long as I can see, I'll wear my sins to the sea; That is where I will be so long as you breath.
You can meet me by the shore, Where the untutored youth vaunt stylishly like babylon whore's; Where sinning is normal and we are accepted in the false forgeries of this world for our love is just embers burning, here is where my love shall stay, beautiful as a summers day....

Tho' some of my poetry may be a tad avant garde,

And 'tis fer dang sure I'll ne'er be a renowned bard,

But I try to concoct stuff that is original and creative,

That can be understood by the most untutored native!

Some verse I read leaves me scratchin' my head,

Tryin' to figger out what the composer said!

Amongst the Dregs of My Cups
I do not, amongst the dregs of my cups,
Consider you worthy to be the theme
For my untutored scribblings.
There, Madame, there: I put you
In your place, amongst the detritus
Of my life, the forgotten effigies of life,
As she should be lived.
Yet, you do not acquiesce to my intentions,
And re-emerge into my consciousness
To disturb and argue for attention and
Writings.
I am weak, and accede to your importuning
With versification to placate your demands,
To show my love....
