Order is preserved,  unobserved
Of trash they will dispose,  we suppose
Our daylight life
Is unspoiled by
Darker  parts of our existence.
Night-time is for the Morlocks
Who disappear when the sun comes up....

Yet still I’m blessed,

for God sees all.
Keeping me secure,
lest from grace I'd fall.
From God's sight,
there is nothing that's hidden.
So I refrain from things,
 known forbidden.
While it's in his love,
I choose to abide.

asking for understanding and relief

we discuss but live in a world
frightened most of the time
and whether we thought or think now

by habit and biology

we are still after all
