Along its carved, storied history
Winds a river eroding with time
Leaving behind unforgotten trails
Once ago, peacefully flowing by
I've captured you from death's snare,
While others were unaware
No more worrying,
You are unforgotten
You are alive
Others deny it
Well, I know...
You are unforgotten
In my memory
You are unforgotten
Shattered by the reams of the unforgotten, forever to wander in the night of the helpless.
picking up then dropping the only light in they're eyes,
the moments spent dreaming,
was obviously a disquise.
You know he’s still with you when the radio
plays one of his unforgotten songs
and next thing you know
you find yourself
singing along.
Rest in peace John, we know you were in heaven before you died.
Tiles of remembrance of classes
long past, replacing blankness
painted handprints and colors and smiles
spanning the length of the ceiling, forever
reserved for the posterity of wandering eyes.
How glorious the sunset! Our days unforgotten!

A morning zephyr whispers softly to our chimes,
the arrangement they reprise, I’ve heard before.
But that was former days, and unforgotten times,
The softness of our chimes voice’s I can’t ignore.
Tick tock tick tock
A metronome
Always the same
But the clock does and will stop
Emotion and love somehow holding the pendulum back
The gravity of a moment so important
Time itself now against itself
Time lost to time but given back in later years
Unforgotten a beautiful memory
Form:

His smell is strong
His smell is drawing me in
His smell is different
His smell is powerful
His smell is delicious
His smell is him
His smell makes my heart beat faster
His smell is wonderful
His smell is unique
His smell is better
His smell is unforgotten
His smell is a human smell
Form:
Tick toc tick toc a metronome
always the same
but the clock does and will stop
locked time itself somehow against itself
the gravity of a moment so important
emotion and love forcing holding the pendulum back
time lost to time but given back in future years
unforgotten a beautiful treasured memory
NIGHT OF THE UNFORGOTTEN
Tinkered with the moonlight as it danced upon her face
Imagined touching hidden places draped in endless lace
Swept aside the trace of curl that sheltered tender ears
Memorized this moment for the coming lonely years.

Fallen little angel, retracts to self, curls
withdrawn,
sits to re-explore her soul
far away from the troubles of her life
saddened and burdened with stories unforgotten, untold
waits silently
in search of a reason of hope to return and re-ignite her dreams to fruition,
metamorphosize and fly ...............

The Stopping Clock
Tick toc tick toc a metronome
always the same
but the clock does and will stop

Across the country, I’ve lost my sense;
I sit and count the days.
The days I have not perceived your say.
I’m gone in a haze recollecting your mysterious gaze,
am I crazy to say I keep falling in this passageway;
your love is enchanting my insanity.
I add up the days, when will our love go away?
Tick toc tick toc a metronome
always the same seems maybe
but the clock does and will stop in your time
locked time itself somehow against itself
the gravity of a moment so important
emotion and love forcing holding the pendulum back
time lost to time but given back in future years
unforgotten a beautiful treasured memory
She laughs ,
I feel a warmth takeover my heart.
She stares off into the distance.
Is it pain or memories of an unforgotten past i see in her eyes?
I say three words that seem to break the trance.
A soft smile radiates.....soothing all havoc that intruded my soul.
As she smiles, she tells me I love you, and I am fine again!
My own as the sunrise greets the morning
my head is here but elsewhere is my heart,
for we are the deepest oceans apart
and the ghost of our love lies there haunting
this vast distant chasm between us yawning.
Bolts shot from Eros always leave a mark
unforgotten through daylight and the dark.
Evening comes flirting as day is dawning.
MORNING CAME. SLEPT ALL
NIGHT THE SAME DREAMS UNFORGOTTEN
WERE DREAMED AGAIN.
MORNING CAME.
TELL ME WHEN..
I HAVE TO GO
MORNING comes
I HAVE TO KNOW
MORNING CAME
AND ONCE MORE
I TOOK MY TOTE
I HAVE TO GO
MORNING CAME
SUNSHINE IN MY FACE.
ONCE AGAIN, HAVE TO
LEAVE THIS PLACE
IT WILL RAIN
ALL DAY
MORNING CAME
I GUESS I'LL WAIT.

Blood by blood, my unforgiving sins unravel. Each one putting a black dagger
through my heart. I do not weep nor prosper with despair. My veins fill with the
longing dark poison. As spiders crawl down my body they beg for me to go into an
unforgotten sleep. They slowly whispers a lullaby. Shh...they speak as I drift into an
unwaking sleep.

Shh...they speak as I drift into an unwaking sleep.
The slowly whispers a lullaby.
As spiders crawl down my body they bed for me to go into an unforgotten sleep.
My veins fill with the longing dark poison.

Each one putting a black dagger through my heart.
Blood by blood, my unforgiving sins unravel.

I thought in the restlessness within
Why could I not be a little bad
But to all I had done a weeding
Leaving them leaves them sad.
Could I have been a purpose?
Broken hearts in me take repose
Yet I leave them more broken
I exude love more than a token.
They found me unforgotten
Each memory not rotten
I guess I am a bird on a flower
To its nectar, a strong love's power.
It Wants Me Broken
like shattered glass
Living in the darkness
of an unforgotten past
Sadness and Sorrow
etched upon my face
My shoulders sagging
every step misplaced
Lost with no Direction
blinded by my own fear
Screaming inside my head
no one else can hear
The Silence of my secrets
has finally beat me down
The world has become a circus,
and I'm it's sadist clown
My heart aches
For what I miss
Like the last kiss
For not knowing
Where I’m heading
What may become of me?
For things left unsaid
Drowned by death
As I stare at the ground
Nothing moves
My heart aches
For so much seen
Left unforgotten
Trailing behind
The lit path I pave
And I wonder…
How much is overcome?
Or is it an illusion…
To fully heal the broken?
