The Flow of Life
humming intent
of awareness
unexpectant
being consciousness
in purity present
cognised in stillness
moment to moment
as throb of blissfulness
within resident
ineffable joyfulness
purring magnetic current
fullness in emptiness
innate native element
flowing in playfulness

Trust
External environ compelling
yet relaxes its merciless hold
unable to get our attention
that God everywhere beholds
Each manifestation appearing
accepted by us as optimal
in trust that for our soul growth
every breath is a divine miracle
As we thus flow in staid stillness
empty within and unexpectant
divine magnetism fills our being
making ego responses decadent

Zen Mode
Simple Simon follows rhythm of his breath
In surrender going where it flows
With each exhalation he shifts into space
Pauses there awhile in stillness
Receptive, vibrant but yet unexpectant
Then when breath polarity rotates
Naturally and unforced
He re-enters his form
Going into the heart
Via single eye
Bringing back to his soul
Whispers from the void
Feeling, not interpreting
For thoughts rest

Be To Become
Here
I Am,
receptive
in innocence;
inner sentience
attentive to each pulse,
without thought interference,
poised in an unexpectant calm.
With our identity vaporised,
we rest in the void of vibrant silence.
In our stillness we feel within movement,
being throb of bliss enlivenment,
the continuum unbroken
lower aspects forsaken,
nodes within awaken
out of their slumber.
A calm tranquil,
joy blissful,
covers
us.

I Am the Prayer
I am the prayer
On the altar begging fire
To make flesh spirit
Not on my knees, but
At this place that's called prayer
I wait for footsteps
To voice my journey
Where there's no sign nor border
Of separation
Not with wrenched phrases
The agony foolish, waits
Suddenly the still
Of will and motion
The surrender of feelings
To naked frailty
The wise longing pause
In vulnerability
Then through death to live
I am the prayer
That I bring unexpectant
Of all, but to wait....
