the sly old fox lies
for he is but a sly old fox

A new bride decided to cook
first time, but she trusted to luck.
Her spiced curry buns
gave hubby the runs;
next time, use a recipe book!
J-ogging thrice a week
E-nhances your heart's wellness,
E-ven your mind's health.

Done or not,
Are you a bot,
Till the time you catch a cot,
Doing leads sometimes to rot,
Mind the writing on dot,
You have a limited time spot,
Enjoy life on a trot.
There was this old fellow from Princeton
Whose Dodge Ram did throw a piston
With the engine bloc shot
He ran home at a trot
And switched to a Chevy in an instant
CAT AND DOG TROT

Us guys are generally overweight... Asians are not
How come! What's their secret. What is their plot
A revolutionary new pill
Or the power of will
Whatever the reason, I'm extremely hot to trot
My random words from Day of the Jackal were:
and chacal thought started Valmy
Le Chacal started out one day,
and thought he'd made his way to France -
he asked the way to Valmy, but
they only taught him how to dance.
written 28th for Caren's Mystery Word contest
moaning moon munched
by taunted tongue -
gaunt gloom thrust
felon fate flung -
leered lanky lurch
shunned sassy verge
met tuning tree
crumbling crescendos' spree
porous path's plea
saucy swing strapped
tamed tactic trance
dribbling dark dance
shrewd shaver tossed
trailing snoop's trot.

She's the hottest girl I've ever had
Wet head to toe and scantily clad
I felt flames of desire
But I put out her fire
That's what my Mom said about my Dad
Guess acorns don't fall far from the tree
She explained why when talking to me
You're a really nice guy
And you gave it a try
But it takes more time than one...two...THREE
Bertie the Turkey made a getaway
And got down on his knees for thanks to say
Bertie knew that his fate
Was to be on a plate
Being gobbled up on Thanksgiving Day.
Bertie couldn’t get up on his legs again
He was old and his knees were causing pain
His language became fowl
He threw in the towel
For the Turkey trot had all been in vain.
