Tristesse
Tristesse

Do you remember hazy days in Paris?
Mornings painted with rain
delicious sunshine dancing on wet streets
like warm tears
washed away now with your reflection

Some Carbs Or Other
cup me in some sweet condolences
leave me dusted in saccharin

au-delà des ténèbres
l’âme déliée libérée

i shuddered
tears begun to fall-
pouring swiftly and unreprieving;

though camouflaged by the bath;
a cold and frisky flood..
surely i had known
made i hinder my secrets
and this damp room was my vault......
