The Bank Robber a True Story
A Bank Robber in Tehran
Had quite an interesting plan
So he went to a Wizard for magic
And paid him $500 a bit tragic

To make him invisible to all
Being a Bank Robber was his call
But he was rather surprised
When people saw him with their eyes

As he tried to snatch money from their hands
Being arrested at it wasn’t in his plans
And his life was in tatters as a Bank Robber
In jail waiting for a judge and jail time clobber.

Neda
For Neda Aghasoltan …

and you are cut from the throat
somewhere between horror and word
someone laments from faraway times
from somewhere between poetry and dreams

I hold my hands up
I turn blood- red
holding your fingers on top
I turn to green
and in an earth which loves all the colours
I lie down and sleep
I'm here with you.

Come Back
come back and light up love's shrine
in this lonesome, heart of mine
come back, get me back eyes' sight
take me out of,the realm of night
come back , make me feel inspired
fulfill what,we've always desired
come back, bring us back minds' peace
how long more, should I beg you this?
come back and inspirit this lorn
blow on me, like breeze of morn
come back, our love ,can be restored
let,s heal our hearts, to be adored
