Lots of wheat sweet wheat 
in rows lined with chai paste 
purple mustard and almond milk 
baskets of goat cheeses goat meats 
are hung bussells of dry peppermint
lemon grass fine barley seeds 
a soft texture mix taste of
rice with fresh oats three fingers 
are used to sample rasberries 
dates of tehran
