What We Realized About Reality

What We Realized About Reality

What we had realized about reality,
Because of bad results of technicality,
Not well laid;
Mistakes made;
Final results ended up being a fatality.

'who'

The one who lies
or the one lied to
~Who does the lie hurt more?

Note: In the last line, the word 'Who' technically should be 'Whom.'
The writer prefers that it remain a technicality.

Technicality

You come in like a lumber jack
Cutting at my heart

You don't know what you're doing
You don't know where to start

Friendship, love or loneliness
We have to take a path

We're both lost in confusion
You can do the math

Six Random and Rather Ridiculous Observations Concerning Love

1: If love is a game we need a referee
2: How do I love thee? Let me count the ways! Um…
3: I loved her to death but got off on a technicality
4: Star-crossed lovers occasionally get crossed up and can get rather cross about it too
5: She stole my heart and REFUSED to return it so now I'm a heartless person
6: So I begged her to please have a heart and she said, “I already got TWO you idiot!”

Age Is Just a Number

Age is just a number
To everyone but me
If age is what you need
I wish I was seventy

I'm so tired of these conclusions
Being just a technicality
Look past all these rational thoughts
And lets just be happy

It's enough for me, I promise
If it's enough for you as well
I don't need anything else,
As far as I can tell

We both have grief and sorrow
Written on our face
But at each others side
Loneliness is in a losing race

My Poverty

Do you feel pride when you learn about ability?
It’s difficult to learn how to define normality.
But you know better than me what reality is?
My attention is only to encounter criminality.
When I saw crime and stays calm, conscious feels guilty,
Do we need to learn about what’s Law’s technicality?
We don’t condemn someone peace is living speciality,
Is it professionalism to work only for a formality?
How may I pay bills it’s my need of utility?

Day Dream

This rusty nail pokes me,
In my back while I sleep,
Cutting my callous,
Wound so deep.
Lock jaw controls
What bends my reality,
Everything is or was undeniably,
Ghosts of sorrows technicality.

My blanket keeps me warm,
There's plenty inside,
Its as endless as,
The ocean is wide,
Yet somehow - always,
There's this chilling breeze.

Maybe it’s the rust,
Perhaps from the nail,
Combined with the breeze,
Calling my name,
That I'm cursed to walk these dreams.

Congratulations On the Technicality

you are warm like i
light in their eyes
bright with a fuel
a desire to consume
more than a yule
heating and grew
repeating on new
breathing in air
sweet from a wind
taken within
alas alike
but just not quite
i can fly
beyond the sky
where you would die
the earth compressed
might make you depressed
if you felt too
but you are the same,
even if blue
use what you can
choking when done
i choke only
to clear my lungs
im fragile
yet can travel
in ways your play
to this day
would unravel

Mother

Thank you for your unanimous praise
Complete and unchanging throughout the days
Your smile shining above me like the sun
Knowing my life has just begun

No matter what your love is true
Even with the stupid things I do
Congenial and kind
With love eternally blind

Teaching me honesty and morality
Never giving a technicality
Surrounding me in safety
But never trying to restrain me

I’m glad you are who you are
And not some far off star
You are my mother
There is no other
