Message To Mom

18 years and we still can't see eye to eye

and you sit home to ask me why?

I feel the need to lie

because the truth would make you cry

and believe me i try

but mama your bird had to fly.
Form:

Remembering

Mom,
Your love,
Showed me truth,
Gave me passion,
Secured my future,
Gave me strength to be me,
Your heart goldenly gentle,
Guided by such a strong spirit,
Always fulfilled to call you, Mother,
You are, continually remembered.

Mothers Day Minus 1 Brother

How hard this year will prove to be, Though eased by knowing your here for me. The safety you provide throughout, Will carry me through, I have no doubt. You gave me the best thing that I could wish, Sister's and Brother's blessed by your kiss.

My Momma

Soft and tender voice
you protected me from harm
spoiled me rotten

hands soft as cotton
You weren’t father’s first choice
you won him with charm

Soft and tender voice
raised us on the farm
spoiled me rotten

Love

No blood we share, this is true.
Yet the love I need I get from you.
In your hands you hold my heart,
you've stood by me right from the start.
What you give, you'll never know.
You give me love that helps me grow.
By my side, there you stand
I found in you, a mom and friend
Form:

Mom Where Are Your Cats?

Mom
I need you
I promise
Promise
I didn't betray you

Please call me
let me talk to you
I can't imagine
a world without you

Someone told me that I abused you
and that you said I did
and I think, I know
they are full of crap

And Mom
I went to your apartment
Where are you're Cats?
Form:

My Mother

With words of strength,
and arms full of hugs,
you've given me life,
and you've showed me love.

For being there always,
and holding my hand,
you've showed the strength,
i never knew i had.

As the years roll by,
and i lift my wings to fly,
i want you to know,
you're the person i love the most.

Mom

I tru so hard to be perfect
Its never good enough
Eer little mistake i make
Its like the end of humanity
No one is perfect
How hard is that to understand
Nothing i ever do is accepted
Why cant you just love me
Me and all my little imperfections
Why is it so hard for you to tdo that
Why can you accept me for me
Mom

My Mother

My Mother

So dear a person
So close to my heart
So much love she gives
So kind to me always
So gentle in what she does
So loving 's her precious kiss
So soft 's a word she speaks
So caring to me she is
So many things to say
So much about her
I can't finish today
But all I wish to her
Is happiness, always an' forever.

Mothers Empty Heart

Why do you hate me?
Because you're not like me
Why do you treat me like you do?
It's discipline, not abuse
Why did you do to me what you did?
What does it matter? You're the kid
Why did you cause me so much pain?
What are you talking about? You brought the pain
Why don't you love me as your daughter?
Are you crazy? I was the perfect mother

Treat Me With Respect

Treat me with respect
Treat me with respect says my mother
Treat me with respect
Will be kind to one another
Give me a hug
In the earth will shake
Will be in a volcanoe
while it rains
Will run in a field
With lillys in a rose
Will lay under the stars
In a empty world
Treat me with respect "says my mother "
Treat me with respect "will be kind to one another"

You Held Me Mother

You held me…
You held me tight…
You held me tight inside of you
When no one else could

You kept me warm
You protected me
You touched me
You listened to me

You heard my heart beat
You saw my picture
You gave me life...

You held my hand
You told me it would all be ok
No matter what
You’ll always be there

You are my hero
You are my dream
You are the mother I want to be

Hold Me Close, Mother Dear

By the fear of world so mean,
i ran far away to the land, never heard or seen.
i was floating in current of fears
and my heart full of tears.
then came someone so dear,
to dry off my tear
and hold me close and near,
with open arms like a 'welcome scene'
then i found myself safe, as i have never been.
now i lie in these arms with no fear.
the one to hold me so close is MOTHER DEAR......

Thank you for always being there,
for every smile and fear;

Thank you for taking me to plays and concerts
and exploring the beach and nature center;

Thank you for showing me how to balance my checkbook
and how to handle a compliment or a dirty look

Thank you for teaching me to work hard
and that it leads to playing harder;

thank you for the love and laughter
I am proud to be your daughter

You Deserved Better

YOU DESERVED BETTER

You’ve given me everything you could
And I haven’t always responded as I should
You deserved to have a better son than me
That’s plain enough for me to see
Mum, I haven’t always behaved like a perfect son
But I think now I’ve finished all the work that you’ve begun.

`
                               I introduce them...

                    "Mom, this is your granddaughter"
                      "Here, ...meet your grandsons"

                         We sit under jaded trees
and she tells me she is proud

She Is My Mother

Silent yet
Hardworking
Expert maybe not,

Independent and strong
Simple yet beautiful,

My life is full of love and wisdom
You gave that to me and more.

Making me strong and pick me up
out from the mud, letting me stand again
to your smile and assuring eyes
here i am brave and have the guts of
embracing life's challenges
reaching the highest goal of my life.

She is my Mother
the Teacher
the Inspiration
the Love.

We laid on the beach after frolicking around.
Sand on our bodies, in our personal playground.

Ocean waves encampasses our love.
The night sky is clear with stars up above.

You kiss me passionately, awaking my senses.
My thoughts teasing my carnal inhibitions.

You embrace me and hold me tenderly.
Hold me forever, this night I will remember blithely.

My heart soars, our love will be a tribune..
You are my love, my man in the moon.

Thinking of Mom.

As morning washed over me I took a moment, a thought, time...
a child who was no more then a burden now thirty-nine,
never once did I take the easy way, she knew it wasn't me
son off to college,my baby now 13, dose she see?
I found true love, a wonderful wife, and planted my tree
I washed away my sins took what life gave me and let it be,
happy and humbled loved and looked to some one I want to be,
now theres no here to say there proud of me.

Far Away..

Are you far away?
Please come back soon and stay..

Are you thinking about me to?
As much as I am thinking about you?

The time we spent together, how can you forget?
Will you gamble with fate and win the bet?

Escaping from reality is this love real?
Or is it what I think I feel.

Your smile, your eyes and your touch..
How can I forget that much..?

I long to see you and you hold me close..
Your the one I miss the most...

Why

why can't i be like any other kid
with a loving family and has nothing bad they did
i just want to be loved by someone like my mom
who would take pictures of me at my high school prom
why can't my mom just let me in
and watch me at my softball game and tell me i'm going to win
why can't she wake me up in the morning to go to school
tell me i look pretty and that everything is cool
that is where i want her at
but i guess it will never be like that

My Guardian Angel

My Guardian Angel sits beside me.
I'm never alone; I can feel the angel's wings.
Whenever I have troubles,
I feel a hand upon my back.
And a warm, sensation of comfort
Let's me know evil won't attack.
I've prayed for this Guardian Angel
Since before I can even remember.
God has never let me down.
My mother was born in December.
Then, a mere twenty-one years later,
I was born, one day.
And I met my Guardian Angel.
In the morn, in her arms, I did lay.
