Take a Dive

I take a dive from a precipice.
To escape my life as it is.
Deep water, deep gulp of air
on resurfacing, new life to share.
Thrilled now that I dare.

Up To Five

The playground's where the children play
So robust so eager and so alive
They come inside prepare for a nap
On their mats they take a dive
Their ages are up to five

Here is R26475
He’s your surgeon, head of ward Five.
I have no word
This seems absurd
But he actually kept me alive.

Thank you R26475
Both knees are fixed, I can take a dive.
You helped me so much
My toes I can touch.
You’ve given me back my groove and jive.

Distraught

A long pause
after my signature peel
of the spasm.

It was a broken flight
of an anguished
end in itself.

Retrograding toward
an apolitical fault
for an apology.

Illegal, soaring, preparing
to take a dive
in the pit of fire.

For a gospel truth you
take cloak off the dagger.
You will sell your nudes.

Black River

The supermoon was rising with
a great aplomb to shame the stars.

At night the buttercups wage a war.
Come unpretending, as you, not him,-

on the lake, becoming a stranger to
yourself. There ia an endless nocturnal confession.

Do you know the poison tree blooms,
when the golden eagle rises to take a dive

on the row of funerals.

Fly Creek

Fly Creek

It looks inviting from the top of the pier
The water is certainly cold and clear

This hot humid day I might survive
If I would just get up and take a dive

Sitting here with my eyelids closed
Makes me feel quite composed

I sit here under the afternoon sky
just watching Fly Creek flow by

It slowly moves along it's way
Till it ends up in Mobile Bay

Paradise Lost

Ancient silence Serene banks
Ruptured only by the dancing waters
I take a dive to hide a pebble
Deep in to the heart of the river
Turn for my friends to bring it back
Drenched in the freshness
I wait and wriggle through the freshness
Ah ! the nostalgia submerged in memories
Of a time gone by yet living and calling
Come lets travel in time rejoice and revel...

Hidden Unlikely Answer

one sighs,
deep down the answer lies.
why i do it?
comes to me bit by bit:
trying to find an answer,
calling out to whoever,
getting nowhere.
wondering why?
still i try to fight,
even though it's out of my sight!
crying for some understandings,
like a bird with no wings.
i try to fly,
then take a dive.
then i just die,
i still try to strive.
no matter how bad it is,
no matter what diss.
i try to forget,
and just let.......

Premium Member A Soft, Cool Blue

Into two pools of a soft, cool blue
My soul dares to take a dive
The mistress whose orbs my heart subdues
Is a shipwreck I can’t survive

My knees grow weak, my palms do sweat
In my stomach flutter butterflies
Her eyes entranced when first we met
My cause is lost you realize

Into two pools of a soft, cool blue
My freedoms are sure to drown
But a heart unbroken is a heart turned cruel
To dive and perish, is better, I’ve found

The Colour I Belong To

Is neither of the first light
Of imposing dawn
Nor of the worst flight
Of impending storm

It's not of Autumn's dew
Neither is it of spring's hue
Do not ask rainbows
Take your eyes off flying Crows

Do not ask the sea, trees and the others
For I belong to none of their colours

Take a dive into your heart
Swim the core of its parts
The colour I belong to,
Is the love you see and every bit of kindness too
