Moving only a short distance,
they undergo an unconscious experience.
Without regard for their fears,
a trek can cover an area of light years.
They will open their eyes and see

electrified in splendiferous drunkenness

surmised surrealistic playgrounds

of surround sound echoing laughter &

expansivly lit hot air balloons

merrily drifting to embrace star-dusted

skies' kaleidoscopic enchantment

ever wonder, 

do intoxicated pink elephants hallucinate

 the same as our own alcoholic delirium...

Here the pen divert me to writing on the white page that is offered ... Voluptuousness, a desire invades me ... She lies peacefully in our bed
dead to the world, unaware of
my scrutiny. Her quiescence
in that funereal repose
sends an ice-cold shiver of dread
throughout my entire body.
My mind begins to wander
through a surrealistic maze
that challenges all reality.
She’s asleep! I said to myself
unconvincingly; then hurried
to her bedside and pled out loud:
Please! Let these lips I kiss be warm....

Impressed by surrealistic power of meditation
I was convinced,  I could try and walk on water.
You thought I was utter daft or under sedation, 
I was confident beyond limit, this didn’t matter.

So one day on the bank of a river I went and sat
Before the walk I needed to do deep meditation,
I saw me walking on the water, floating feet flat
Until you pulled me up, body wet in humiliation.

The lattice of dream
crumbles on scorched sands
of ember time  
hope squelched
by whirlwind of verity.

At the edge of darkness
dawning fortitude
beckons the zephyr
embalmed with philtre of oasis.

From the ruins of sphinx
the dust rises.

Destination Dallas
home of the cowboys
land of the brave
intentional target
aimed with precision
at new paths to pave

gravitational phase
surrealistic
skyward wave

spurred on to
something new
beneath God’s
sun and moon

eyes turn inward
anchors pull out
onwards toward
landfalls legends
devoid of doubt

brevity flawed
weak kneed but
hardened jaw
riding on….

Sub-duct negatives in redemption

In slow motion applying affection 
Acknowledging a true deep connection.

A surrealistic world garners followers in the hills of the high
Royal highnesses and gymbuggers flitting among the spry.
Make believe words creating a world of fluff amid the rye.
We love the ambiance of the valley and give a gusty cry.

Spirited delivery of unearthly things created on the fly,
Conjured out of mountainous glunkybirds that rise up to the sky.
I dance in joy at the melody and the friendly happy artistic dye.
Surrealism is beautiful, it gives me pause, and makes me sigh....

coral reefs ripple beneath
crystal clear cerulean
cinematic hues of cool
Caribbean 
blues

psychedelic underworld
swims and swirls serenely
a show room of shy seahorses
Surrealistic
muse

ringlet tails coiled regalia
resplendent heads held high
rocking to and fro below rare
Aquarium
views

gills in pink and lilac breathe
dark sharks lurk and scheme
in this tropical kaleidoscope 
of
Aquarian
pool
