Stoners of the world unite
Buds in hand let's sing a song
Someone please give me a light
I just filled my beaker bong
Lights glow
Songs flow
Smiles bright
Joy, Light
Games played
Pray’rs prayed
This night
World's right
I was happy,
TV nightly,
As a family,
Simple pleasures,
"Any Umbrellas",
Family holidays,
I was happy,
Perhaps the world was happy,
Or happier at least.
Bird songs: melodies composed by eternity for to delight the soul of the ephemeral world!*

*I am writing on birds today for a special project!
iconic
song fest fueling
nations’
hopes of vic’try
understanding grows
as diverse
cultures
greet, meet and
mingle
excitement
flows free with
each uplifting beat
inspiration soaring
as
contestants compete!
If i was all alone
and time would just stand still
i piece the world together
and the world would then be one
i never was alone till now
now the nights they soon draw near
to face the stars and the moon
as a faded heart hiding in the wind
time leaves me
as the world can see
and world goes by
as if i can fly
things are going so slow right now
and i dont think anyhow
when the time goes to pass
then the life will not last
and things that i really cant see
when the hand sets the clock
then my life takes a walk
and so time to me only says
no tick but tock
Here I stand
and I bare my soul to you
It's not much but I guess it will have to do
Yes I have some insecurities building
up from the world surronding me
It's ok cause I do the best I can
Trying to build a better man
I say Hay O what you going to do
When the world get's it's grips around you
Said Hay O what you going to do
Turn the bad into something positive for you
Form:
One-half of me seems right
the other half feels wrong
The next half is unsure
the fourth just sings a song
We live in troubled times
the world is upside down
It happens when both poles
trade their smiles for two frowns
You may think that I am dreaming
but I've seen these words before
I recall that they were written
by the world's first troubador
From a Cowboy heart is born
Poets of the sage & thorn
We speak so all the world might see
The cowboy life, our legacy
Whether in the city raised
Or with the cattle as they grazed
You're transported swiftly back in time
When gathered to hear a cowboy rhyme
To wild & western days now past
Slowing a world which moves so fast
We offer our memories as a gift
hoping that your spirits lift
We are all Cowboy bred & born
Poets of the sage & thorn
What if the world was a song
Would we all want to sing along
With such a happy little tune
That would make you laugh so soon
Or would it be a dark dirge
That would bring you to a teary verge
Maybe the world is too hopeless you know
And a song would be a difficult show
Could it be so hard to agree
To let things go and let it be
We have tried to do it before
But it fell apart for peace love and music forever more.

No bad should be there
So the world will be light
No wrong should be there
So the world will be all right
No con should be there
So the world will be a sprite
No swindles should be there
So the world will be a delight
No sin should be there
So the world will be bright
No hatred should be there
So the world will never fight
No scandal should be there
So the world will be polite
No conflict should be there
So the world may unite
