The Key is no Key
The key to happiness is to stop looking for such key
Cause no such key unlocks the happiness you seek

Dentist Appointment
Sunk back
almost
comfortable
stretched out
as an afternoon hush
hovers like a warm blanket
Lots of time before
my dentist appointment
feels great to sit incognito
get a bit of needed shuteye
in a corner of the waiting room
Suddenly
a different silence stirs
one I can only assume
follows the calling
of my name
as I jump to attention
all eyes are on me
Darn…
Already my turn
