Premium Member Purpose

Wasting away
Moments to years
Holding Back
The flow of tears
Wishing for more
Wanting no less
Than to feel each day
A sense of purpose.

Firery Genetics

Cry alone into a opaque stupor
Arranging pain with thoughts so tender
Night began to haunt my mind
Cancelling my heart so fine
Even now My temper flourishes
Removing all sense of purpose.

As
A
Bubble
Coveted dreams
Waft in the ether
Illumining opalescent
Hankering yearnings in your sanguineous veins stream
Awakening the enthusiasm to wake up each morning with a sense of purpose

My Daily Struggle

Nobody has really asked me how I'm doing
Nobody has really asked if I'm okay
Here I am and I'm alone again
Don't wanna have to face the day
I see the black yet see no colour
My sense of purpose I have none
These clouds still follow wherever I may roam
Will i ever see the sun?

Life brings lessons to
Teach to live life with
A sense of purpose
Living with a mind
Free of bleak thinking

Years of living
Without knowing
Why you come to
This Planet Earth

Until one
Day that serves
As the sign

For an
Outset

Cheers

Sunlight in a blue sky
Dapples in and out of cottony grey clouds
Warming then soothing in turn
Two retiring humans under a tree
Amid a hundred shades of green
As a large yellow monarch
The king of insects
Glides and flutters by
With a sense of purpose and delicate grace
In perfect juxtapose.

Sense of Purpose

I woke up this morning
and my cat was crying

He must have been having
the same dream I was

Where I felt useless,
an abject failure

It's a familiar dream,
I know how it goes

And there's never
a happy ending

Those days have long
since passed for me

So, there's nothing left
to do, it seems

But to get up
and feed the cat

Women Who LOVE Football
Live with PASSION
Are not afraid to FIGHT
Aren’t afraid to get DIRTY
Know how to put their GAME FACE on
Are always ready to EXECUTE their OPTIONS
WILL NEVER GIVE UP
Have a sense of PURPOSE
Are STRONGER than they think
PLAY by the RULES
Have ATTITUDE
Will lose with DIGNITY
And will always WIN with STYLE.

A Stop In Time

A quiet day sneaks behind you as the world is but the same.
The predictions to your beginning were nothing but a lapse of decay.
Seeking for a sense of purpose, we confine ourselves in such a relative time,
But this is only for the end of mechanical function,
A glimpse of a kind-hearted soul lit up the tired room.
The spark of life set in the people around as they fly.
The infinite sky stretched a little further,
To those who couldn't remember meaning.

Ushers

U is for utilizing your God given towel of service

S is for serving God with a higher sense of purpose

H is for handing God your helpful hands to be used

E is for escorting His people into the anointed pews

R is for the righteous behavior that you always display

S is just for showing up each and every Sunday

USHERS those friendly faces you see when you enter into God's place

the door keepers of the church who always greet you with peace and grace

Winter Girl

My winter girl
Forever filled with light on darker days
And my mind sees your hand in mine
Before we cross a parking lot
In the mud and the snow
With a constant sense of purpose
To always do the thing
That needs to be done
Before we lose the day
And that look that always knows me
In all the ways the world doesn’t know
Just breaks away the cold
Like your mother's fever
On the day that you were born
Still lives inside your bones
And warms the world
My winter girl

Senryu Seven

Turning of seasons
Sharing gifts, stories, presence
Old friendships renewed

Considerate words
Ever a listening ear
A sense of purpose

Reserved, observing
Full of cheer and of laughter
Soft words of concern

Sharing the journey
Beauty in the setting sun
Silent companion

The partner's nostos
A spark of conversation
Farewell with a touch

The centre of two
Gift given freely received
To meet again soon

Sips of bitter tea
Reflective contemplation

Freelancer's Lifestyle: the Deficiencies Iv

Every man with a sense of purpose has what he wants: a homeowner – a homeownership; a slickster, as slick as a public pool’s bottom, – a public pool; a villain – curses; a hero – a commemorative plaque on the wall of the house wherein he lived for a quarter century with his miserable marriage. I want nothing, ergo, I have nor marriage, nor curses, nor plaque, nor homeownership. I have no pool either.

Here we have an illustration of the deficiencies of a freelancer's lifestyle.

Premium Member If I Could Be

If l could be an object
A lighthouse l would be
Steadfast , strong, independent
Guardian and keeper of the sea

A solitary proud yet humble figure
Weathering mother natures seasons
Never faltering of its purpose
Or questioning its reason

Reliable and reassuring
A towering pillar so stately
Guiding souls of the sea home
Back to land and safety

A powerful beacon of light
One of hope and aid
Knowing but forever silent
An endless sense of purpose unswayed
