Brisk Man From Jaipur
Two men tall,
one from here
and one from there,

in raincoats
at a bus stop,
pace and stare.

One of them
is soaked in tea,
brisk man from Jaipur

who semaphores
an anthracitic glare.
To barter for a smile

an alien’s obeisance
he, no fawn,
refuses.

The other man,
white cane and dog,
doesn’t seem to care.

2nd Class
If you are baffled bye
Or incapable of deciphering the Metaphor
Neither Morse code or semaphores
Or Enigma

Because if don't get it
It wasn't meant for you
Metaphor is just another description
For the obviously
Confused
1st time and 2nd time
Gripping Yarns
An educated joke

Semaphores
Semaphores

Slippery slopes remain

Cooled by the air
My palms and fingers
Slid inside your dress
Running
Along your spine
Tingled to your neck

Converts body
I wandered
And plundered
In the taciturn distance

Make you a sea
And I your beach
Make you a wave
And I your crest

Make you a castle
And I the bricks

To stand upon the shore
I the wind
Whisper its caresses
In my hand
Impart
And hold you
Aloft

Slippery slopes remain...

Lovers Graveyard
Melt into existence
Coverings the distance
Between the past and present
Where space so black
Is sucking hole's beneath the fabric
The spinning cycle on a washing machine
Can never clean or drown out the scent
Of banished lovers who cloud the night
With semaphores and silken glove's
Signaling to car alarms and shepherds horns
Come and claim the higher ground
On which to place the sacred stones
Of fields of Athernry and lovers lost graveyards...
