Trillium’s Three! ©

Three bright white petals
Three large green rounded leaves
Three ‘blasts’ the trillium white star
Points them close look-see!

ALONG WINDING ROADS! ©

A long winding road
Night opens two white bright strips
One going one way
Another down its’ other way
Around black routed highways!...

Me,Myself and I
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  *-*  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just a simple unambiguous entity existing -subsist in an exceptional world
 Undergone changes - only permanent,ineradicable
   Never quit and chuck up the sponge coz' never been routed and defeated
     Just breathing for life
      Understanding perplexing creations - humans,animals,plants,insects and the whole...
        Nothing else......
Premium Member Bright Birds
Listen to poem:
Deceptive, drowsy,
the gray cat, Tempus, in doldrums
lazes, purring, stretching.
I have watched him:
cunning eyes half-closed,
he stalks bright birds near day lilies.
Wings wet from flights
through sprinklers' sweeps,
birds swoop, glide, flutter.
They light on dry grass,
strut and shake themselves,
are lulled. Then, Tempus
pounces on one bird.
The rest are routed…
And Tempus fugit....
Poison
Poison Poison you are to my existence; like routed flesh to the earth. Toxin you are within my veins, like a tumor in my brain; chemical waste is what you are ready to discard. Antidote is hard to find to remove the poison you left behind. Poison you are to all you touch, its time to filter the poison out and leave the pure inside. Written by: Gina Montalbo 8/88/2014
Premium Member Primal Instincts
  An Autumn wind blew an acorn
   from the paws of a squirrel
  right into the pond
   without so much as a twirl
 Then the wind knocked down a sapling
   that had recently sprouted
 cackling madly as a witch
   at the foliage it routed…
 Heralding a long bitter winter
   Madame Wind howled as fierce
 as a wolf ripped to shreds by a bear
   ~ primal instincts ravaging its lair...
Paeon To a Trenton Victory
Johann Rall and his Hessian men are defeated this harsh chilled day.
Washington routed these troops at a small Trenton town with surprise.
Crossing the raw Delaware Run, with war so lost as some would say,
he gives his land a victory now - such needful and sought for prize.
Hundreds of the bad German guards are then taken when full at ease.
Faces are red ashamed for sure when caught having pants down at knees....
Premium Member If You Enjoy the Written Word
Do you pay attention or listen closely to those who have a fondness for their own voice? Or one who speaks sparingly, instead using the forgotten art of words. Inspiration comes from outside, routed thru the heart, the antenna of the spirit. The mind translates and recites, hoping the words strike a common chord and resonates.Ringing true for those who listen and can find the rhythm and cadence that support but remain hidden beneath....
Hell Hath No Fury...
Grey clouds take over, the once bright blue sky
waves are crashing in, sounds of the oncoming new tide
the rain pours down, as the sea moves in
the trees up routed, the grass worn thin
screams echoing, muffled in the wind
defy her fury, and this is what she will bring
dare not ask why, the answer u've heard it,
so there is no where to run no where to stay
wait a bright blue sky, disaster averted,
the missus got her own way...
