Short Reword Poems

A nerd slurred a word unheard, to be his preferred password.
A bird flew over a furred herd, be-gird by a Kurd. 
He stirred and blurred, to a curd a third of turd.  
But undeterred he spurred the transferred word, to be heard and conferred.
To reword the inferred referred word, to be deferred is just absurd....
