Listen to poem:
Timeless and haunting
Recurring nightmares
Trauma resurfacing
Over and over again

Reasoning through images
Ongoing healing
Resisting auto pilot
Inventing resolutions

Rinse and repeat

New scenarios
New outcomes
Letting go of trauma
Releasing
Reprogramming
Rinse and repeat
