misshapen bell-curve
disproportional distribution
of misconceptions made
as a result of faulty representations
within the view point from an underground
vantage point
visual
diaries
conveying
a sense
of
performative
persona
introverted
&
private
together
in
a
convention
of
representations
imagined
& figurative
self-perceptions
REPRESENTATION
envisaged
a

to
speculate
on
a potential

a
tour de force
of
magnaminity
exasperated
throughout
strikingly
infifferenct
where
the
bleak
stark
survive
in
the
realm
of fantasy
an
embodiment
of
progress
in
a
watchful
outing
of
the prosperous
&
the
common man
PORTRAITS
composite
unanimous
elated
& dumbfounded
overwhelmed
completely
surreal
yet
exciting
conveying
a sense

performative

introverted

private
together
that subvert
convention
distorted
representations
imagined vaguely
fragmented
translucent
& figurative

We are all but metaphors
Names varying along the course
Representations
Of either the deepest
Or the shallowest creation
We call each other in codes
Mediocre yet each a different mode
We exist in different realities
Of this life we now call " abyss "
Identities placed in the hand of symbols
Existence supported by phonological reasons
Names do have meaning but do we?
It's up to us...really
Listen to poem:
Civil Rain
David J Walker
I could see it from a distance
The stroke of midnight looming
When this OD Green façade would
Dissolve in a civilian rain
How ya-gonna-act
Who will you be
What will you take home
Besides pain
I am my own blurry memory as
The chemical color
representations
Fade within the frames
Drinking up
The familiar cup
Of civil rain
And a prayer for each passing day
reality
in space
representations
of perspectives
perceived
exposures
of idiosyncratic
questions
without answers
intent to disturb
or calm
the art of making
not judging
fragments flattened
in two dimensions
it is what it is
..just ways & means
depictions
sans
explanations
Listen to poem:
Homophonic Phenomena
David J Walker
How freely dismissed
The simplest forms
That reason must take
Mistaken
For roads
Not taken
Or feigned to take
The vagabonds path
To madness and night
The phenomenon
Of a homophone
left to its own
Devise
Hidden emendation
Alterations
Of eruditious representations
Truth hidden within
alternative alliterations
which no cavalier palaver
may define
Crowd is easier to be ruled
Than a bunch of individuals
So the rulers and their fools
Do behave collisional
Towards anyone who is
Much too independent
Rulers flatter and appease
Fools come out resplendent
With their threats and accusations
But the individuals stand
By their own representations
Truth moves on like shifting sands
On the coastlines where we strolled
When the world was looking grand
And the future wasn’t that small.
Really romantic days and knights
Osentacious representations of a divine component
Miracles of friendship and valour
Accurate representatives of God
New and exciting quests of humanity
Comprehensive days at university
Excellence and learning leading to a future kingdom
Now evolving slowly and platonically
Ouvert signs of companionship
Versed with complexity and warmth
Editing passages with God's knowledge
Love intangible and confidential
