I
Laughing as to the reasons i forget
Onwards i
Searching for clouds on which to step
I
I regress
And wonder less
Needing to impress but honest to profess I confess a work in progress often with regress.

HUMANITY LOST
Oh, Humanity,
Your collapse
Between
Technological progress
And
Moral regress I
Mourn!

My mind with so much stress
My body so restless
I need to suppress
I have to oppress
I can not regress
I must progress
To take away this stress
For Marty.
When the time comes for us to part,
do me a favour and remember me,
cause I'll regress to the start,
and you can come back to help me be free.
With no one to impress
My emotions can't depress
But I can't forget my loneliness
I don't adress
Nothing more
Nothing less
In distress
Into darkness I regress

Sometimes stars
Don't seem so far
We've reached an age
Of regress and nonsense
Of birth and growth
Some just won't let go
Some don't wanna know
The beauty inside
This world tries to hide
I am the 'Age of Information'
multiple degrees, advanced education
5G Era, AI computing
Yet as in tech I advance and progress ~
in understanding myself
and relating to others
I confess I regress
the human being
a miracle of science
god the scientist
to be man or ape
it is our conscience only
progress or regress

Without doubt we would not have answers, we would not have progress
If we accepted everything without question we would stagnate and regress
Without fear we would not have courage
If we always succumbed to fear we wouldn't have the courage to truly live

WHICH WAY TO SPRING
Confused by season’s regress,
flustered Northern birds flapping wings.
I shake off the polar snow,
my coal black boots where blizzard clings.
Dressed cozy warm like Christmas tree,
A fir keeps me warm in Spring.

Jesus says that we all must become like little children
before we can enter the kingdom of heaven.
In theory it does make a lot of sense,
but how can one regress back to a state of childhood blissful ignorance
and become unaware of all we know that stole our innocence.
under the Sal tree
lies a meditation unambitious
a certain implausibility
of death and life and all auspicious
am i disciple - or more - or less
the mind thirsts a life to slake
proceeding forward - or to regress
then sleep and mindfully be awake

Too many people do not know touch.
Our modern world does not allow such
Underlying need to be expressed.
Can't we please simply regress?
Hug each other, really press
Skin to skin, body to body.
Keep truly connected
In a physical way.
Now, go and hug someone today.
Do not mourn the leaf
nor seasons
mourn not starry night
everything sleeps
yet retains glitters of light
as it came to rest
on the forest floor,
speckled and brown
retains mulch appeal
near death, yet a fertile feel
Spring will bless
Winter will rightly regress --
SELF DEFINITION
Intellectual ideas hardly define you
until unless you implement !
Define yourself on your activity,
keeping conformity and creativity .
Proceed and progress never to regress.
Posthumous prudence may redefine you on refinement.
I carve and cut my quarters from a cork tree
Intermittently pausing to assess my progress
Young yet yellowing Yggdrasil on the Yangtze
Getting grander but perishing in the process
Good God gaze at this gape and give a guarantee
Don't let me regress, digress, transgress, or obsess

Flitting,
Flight in the crisp air like an apple
Poignant and dripping
Dew like a shroud.
Insect legs touch down
Baptism for a moment of peace.
Pregnant pause
Reborn as a caterpillar.
Regress to find the truth,
Perhaps you can find yourself
In the circus.
They'll welcome you there.
could you tell me
what made you
so hungry, what
made you swallow
me whole?
-------silence
regress, the distress
festers like blisters
flustering the mind.
could you tell me
what made you
shiver so hard, soak
me with sweat?
-------silence
misplaced regret
tangled in the fence.
A willing trek through the thick blackness
a willing regress into depression
all for the sake of keeping sane
the only thing known by the brain for so long
a forced seclusion
with a sorrowful inclusion of painful memories
sitting there all alone
in the darkness once called home
rotting through flesh
decaying bones
soul seeking
J-ust advance a noble cause,
A-ccelerate the progress;
N-ever mind the hindrance,
E-levate no regress.
A-dvance a noble cause,
S-oar toward the heaven;
T-riumph is in view,
E-ven though there's storm once again.
J-oy has filled your heart,
A-s you overcome the flaws;
D-ay five of February morn,
A-dvance a noble cause.
LIFE
Life flows to progress,
never to regress !
Yet, not continuous process:
But discrete chapters, more or less.
Sometimes failure, sometimes success.
Truth is only go to access.
Above all life to challenge ? Yes.
