Quake
quacking plates dagger on
the chest of the crying earth
dreams behind her intense eyes
vanishing cats beyond the wilderness
wandering ghosts laughing painfully
quarrelling spirits remnants
of the bleeding flesh on the side walks
let us kiss beyond the lust gladly content...

Lonely Streets
The streets were bustling with people.
out of curiosity my ears tried to catch some noise
  Alas,
All it heard was pure silence.
There were no chirping of the birds.
There were no barking of the dogs.
There were no sound of people chattering & quarrelling.
Just .....................my thoughts & only my thoughts

Glances
That face
In the sea of humanity,
Like the poppy
In a bed of pansies
Strikes out
With its red
And the stigma
Protrudes black.

The bobcut of her hair,
Neat and clean
As they come;
Quarrelling with the ears
At each nod or turn.
Those eyes throwing glances,
On the pavements she stands;
Waiting for the bus.

And then
She rides away....

Survivor
In a faraway place sits an old man
living in an old old block of flats.
A group of tabby cats gather outside,
basking lazily in the warm sunshine.
He watches peacefully as people walk past;
Quarrelling siblings, loving couples.
He sits there as he has done for years
but nobody knocks.
Wearily the old man turns
and watches his friends' faces in the clouds float by....

My Vernacular
Check your cheques
You must realise or recognise
Quarrelling analysing skillfully
Without criticism centre or colour
Judgement no theatre of grey of arguement
Like a boats draft determined by draughtsman
Curbing ones thoughts like avoiding a roads kerbs
An encyclopaedic almost an un-parallelled programme
A marvellous jewellery there not of aluminium but of pure Gold
Just English...

Kfc
Colonel Sanders decided to sell KFC.
When he did, the new owner changed his recipe.
Sanders was quarrelling on television and he was very mad.
They changed his recipe and that was pretty bad.
He shouldn't have sold his restaurants, he should've left them to his kids.
But he decided to sell and he quickly regretted that he did.
Those restaurants gave Sanders fame.
What happened was a damn shame....

As We Were Drinking
As we were drinking, crying, quarrelling -
Substance essential to life was produced.
We considered it a crisis
But in real life a real crisis
Is no quarrelling and "nothing" induced.

There were little answers, respectable -
Far less. Now for questions there's no motive.
How to make it fly unacceptable
Of meaning of life - Hi, Joseph! -
The meaning's insusceptible
To bribes, mobsters, laws or orders......

Dim Lit Night
Quiet is the Dim Lit Night
Tearing Eyes cannot find sight
The Quarrelling Mind gives up the fight
Nothing now to make it right

The road to Freedom long is paved
So much Heartache along the way
The Eyes into the Soul today
Are blind and numb and well Betrayed

Kind and Gentle the Soul longs to be
Yet hopelessly Mental seems it Destiny
Save this Pen it's Company
Through times of Pain and Agony

Quiet is the Dim Lit Night...
